My skin has never looked so good! I literally left completely glowing. That "glass" skin, that we all see on celebrities and all over the internet- you can expect to leave with that. I mean I was amazed! I have a fairly nice complexion (especially considering I had acne in my teens and twenties), but I am now 47 so I definitely did not expect that could be a reality for me any more. I was totally wrong! My skin was so supple and soft leaving my appointment. Not to sound vain, but I couldn't stop looking at myself in the mirror in amazement (like when you get dressed up and you're like "still got it", it's like that) . What's even more remarkable is that it has lasted! It's been over a week and a half since my service and I still retain that youthful glow (in addition to my service I have used some of Melissa's products, and they have maintained that "glass" look- I don't even want to wear make-up because I love my bare skin again so much!) The service itself is also epic! Melissa's studio is so calming and relaxing. If you are in need of some R&R, you can expect that as well. Life gets so busy, and sometimes you just need a little silence and stillness to reset; that was an added bonus that I did not realize going in that I would be blessed with. I felt like the cares of the world just faded away, and I could be completely present in my pampering. To be honest, at some points I almost fell asleep (like when you get a reeeeeaally good massage). The sensory experience during the treatments is equally as heavenly as the end results! I am definitely going back, and telling all of my friends! Sidenote: You can expect to get compliments not just from people you know, but also random strangers! It's that good!!!!

I have sent at least 7 or 8 people to Ruby and everyone agrees, she is without a doubt, the best! I feel she is so much more than a massage therapist. Her prices are reasonable, so please don't let the fact that she's on 5th Avenue scare you. That's about as glowing a review as I could give any business! I struggled with rosecea, which hit me when I turned 36, for 6 years before a friend recommended I talk to Marcia. I spent $300 on products and $165 on the facial and my daughter's skin looks terrible! Maricia reached out to me asked if I wanted to spend another $75 for a virtual follow-up appointment to change the skin care products or the way we used them. My question is why didn't Maricia offer a trial kit which they sell online and see what would work? I don't mind spending the money to help my daughter, but I don't like a business owner that takes advantage of a teen that is suffering from low self-esteem because of her skin!

My mom and I visited Cypress for manis/pedis. I must say that I think the nail services there are defiitely an added value to their regular business of botox, latisse, plastic surgery, etc. I would NOT recommend getting your nails done at this place. The girls were friendly and polite, but did not take much time with us. When I am getting my nails done in my home town at my favorite place it takes at least two hours. This was a one hour mani/pedi. It looked fine and the price was right at $50...just don't' expect to be walking into a spa or a pampered atmosphere.
