Doing Black Friday shopping at Bath and Body works is a fun way to find new products along with some fantastic deals. The stores along Tamiami are some of the best in Naples and Bath and Body works is no exception. They have so many shower gels, hand soaps, body lotions and candles, it's hard to decide what to buy. Holiday deals make it easier, you can buy even more. I left the store with two stuffed bags and crossed a person or two off my gift giving list. The cats were interested in what was in the bags, so maybe a line of pet products for the future? This is a nice store in a great location and I'll be returning soon. read more

I was glad to see that they finally re-opened after the shutdown during the pandemic. Now you get a small shopping bag to will while you are walking around (no more baskets either these days). I always love their lotions and scrubs and definitely missed buying them there for the past few months. There as a line to get in to the store since the sale was on and they are limited in the amount of people that are allowed in the store. I needed to buy some lotions and scrubs and I was successful with my quest. I also managed to buy perfume, mens body spray and room spray (for the men in my house) and to make it even better -the items were 75% off! I ended up being in a line that only took credit cards so that worked out for me (since I was paying by cc). They do have a sink in the store where you can wash your hands and I liked that a lot after spraying some new scents! I left with a nice amount of goods! read more

Nice staff, not sure how well trained they are at the cash register. Just wish the cashier would apologize for keeping our credit card that made us worry of its lost and having to drive back to retrieve it. Just say you are sorry girl. read more

I just want to say "thank you" for those who helped me. I bought the car sense dispenser and the oil a while ago. The dispenser was the twisting type that clips on to the vent which is no longer sold. The dispenser constantly falls down into 2 pieces. And I was never able to smell anything. Initially, I thought maybe it was installed incorrectly by me. The employees at the store exchanged the dispenser and the oil for me. For the first time, it is working and I can smell the scent. I used to love the Body Shop in high school. But I haven't shopped there in years. It was nice to go back into the store. The store is small and they don't have the wide variety of scents/flavors that you can find at Bath and Body works. But the limited variety is refreshing. Speaking with the salesperson, she mentioned that some of the scents are seasonal. They are dependent upon the growing season since they aren't using lab created scents. I did purchase a body butter. It was a bit expensive and the salesperson seemed surprised that I wouldn't take advantage of the buy one get the second 50% off "sale". But the scent is lovely and not overpowering. The butter doesn't feel particularly greasy to me either. read more

I will drive out of my way, to go to the store in Estero... those sales associates are actually friendly to ALL customers, and not just a handful. I walked in and didn't get acknowledged, and this has happened before, many times.. I should have learned my lesson, but.. if I am in the mall, I figure, why not stop in and get what I want/need? Not anymore. The sales people look at me, so I know they see me... but they don't say "hi", "welcome to B&BW" "can I help you?" And then I stand at the register, and no one comes to check me out. This makes the 5th time I've left the store product free! I've called and complained to corporate before, things were supposed to improve... but, it's a give or take on who is working. Like be the candles, the body butters, foaming hand soaps... hate this particular store! read more
