That's what an authentic, genuine high end wallet that retails for over $600 new does. I paid the going rate for a pre-owned authentic Tod's wallet ($65) and it fell apart like a $5 piece of junk. Maybe that's all this thing really was ? Hmmm. Like any buyer would in this situation I asked them to take the item back and give me a refund. Nope. All sales final . She handed me several selections and gave me her honest opinion on each one I tried on. She was totally accurate, and I left there with probably my favorite bathing suit I've ever had! Trudy is not just an employee but has a keen eye for fitting the customer. She didn't try to oversell either. The suit I bought was very reasonably priced. If I had more time, I'd shop for a coverup too or sundress. Great selection and value, but I'll go back because of Trudy. I'll be back next trip ready to have Trudy act as my personal shopper! I visited just before closing last night and was impressed with the selection and pricing, purchasing approximately $700 worth of merchandise, including clothing, pillows, and a lamp. When I unpacked the lamp at home, I noticed a hairline crack near the neck of the base reaching both sides of the base. I immediately called the store and was advised to return in the morning. By then, the crack had spread further into the base. When I returned, the employee who wrapped the lamp insisted there was "no way" he sold it in that condition and accused me of damaging it during my five-minute drive home. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience or acknowledging the possibility that a defective item had been sold, he repeatedly shouted at me and called me a liar. What was equally disappointing was that Silvi, the manager/owner, witnessed this interaction and did nothing to address his behavior or apologize for the situation. A simple apology and replacement would have turned this into a positive customer service experience. Instead, I left feeling extremely disrespected and accused. As someone who is well connected in the Naples community I had intended to recommend and promote this business, however I can no longer do so. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

First of all, it is…read morecurrently under construction (as of March 2026), so the parking lot is extremely limited with maybe 6 spots, so we parked at the strip mall across the street along with several other patrons. This isn't really a great idea as there is no crosswalk nearby, so proceed at your own risk. There are also signs designating the parking for the strip mall only. I hope their construction includes more parking! This store is jam packed with clothing, books, houseware items, decor, and more. It was super busy when we visited, so everywhere we turned we were in the way or running into people. It was pretty chaotic but I think they must be expanding since it seems very popular. You can find some high-end items here (according to my parents) so if you're on a hunt for something specific you might have fun looking. I didn't really have anything in mind to look for, but I did end up buying an Athleta tank top for yoga, which was only $10 (they retail for $40-$50). Nate got a Columbia shirt for $10 as well. They have a few changing rooms to try things on, and plenty of employees (volunteers?) helping. Checking out was easy and I was able to pay with a credit card. I don't think I need to stop in every time I'm in town, but I would be curious to visit once their construction is done.
