The Pharmacy SUCKS!!! In line waiting for an hour! Seriously?! Customer service is SLLLLOOOOW.

Walgreens is a pretty good Store and i recommend going here if you need to pick up a few things. This store has great Customer Service, the Employees are friendly, Walgreens offers coupons & rewards cards, and they have a Pharmacy & Photograph Processing Area. Also, this Walgreens is always clean & organized. The only things that i do not like about Walgreens is that they don't sell Weapons, Ammunition, Video Games & they don't have a wide selection of Movies to buy. So, with all this being said, i give the Manteca Walgreens a * * * 3 Star Rating. read more

I'm only giving this store one star because I have to. This store has the worst pharmacy in town. Terrible service, terrible clerks, and it always takes forever regardless of how far ahead you call for prescriptions. Save yourself some time and go to CVS on Lathrop. They are always fast, friendly, and able to fill a prescription in a timely manner, despite how busy they get. read more

I came to this store today for the first time. I was not feeling so good since i'm sick. Lucky for me i had the best customer service i could ask for. Everyone in the pharmacy was really friendly. I got helped by pharmacy tech, Steven, he was really nice, fast, and professional. The store was clean and nicely organized. My prescription was done in only 30 minutes. I will definitely come here from now on. read more

The worst customer service I have ever received in my life! Will NEVER shop here again! Came to pick up some pictures (not sure why I chose Walgreens when there are so many better options out there) I waited in the photo department for awhile and the I asked the cashier Theresa if someone was coming over and she said soon. Waited another 5-10 min and went over there again and asked again and she said she would be over after she got her line down. I said I had been waiting and had a baby with me. (Which she could clearly see) She finally comes over to help me and sternly says "I had a baby before and I learned to wait" what?! So I should wait for you to check out the entire store before you help me?! I could have been checked out five times already had I been in the main line. Ridiculous and ridiculously RUDE. Not to mention the manager Jodi was right next to her checking out every single person in the store out before helping me in the photo department. read more

This Rite aid is the worst in town ! The pharmacy has terrible service!! Brought in my prescription at noon and it's been three and a half hours and it's still not filled!! I'm taking ot to CVS instead. Poor service here read more

I guess since I'm waiting in line staring at closed Windows during advertised "open" hours .. I have the time to write a review. "Due to unforeseen circumstances, the pharmacy will be closed and will reopen tomorrow at 8AM." It's 8:15, I see the pharmacy technician walking about the store purchasing his snacks and drinks for the day without urgency and the pharmacist just now arriving. I hear them over speaking about someone quitting right before night shift. This is real professional Walgreens, real professional. Costco pharmacy will be getting my business after this. read more

Review is for drive thru and pharmacy inside. This is the only 24 hour pharmacy in Manteca. The other closest is in Stockton, I would love to switch pharmacies due to the time spent in line waiting for the drive thru. But some cases I need prescriptions after hours when other pharmacies are closed. I've spent 30-45 minutes each time waiting when there might only be 1 or 2 cars ahead of me. Once you get up to the window it can sometimes take another 5-10 minutes for someone to even tell you anything. Sometimes you're greeted with "pick up or drop off" other times it's "I'll be right with you." I've noticed that I'll be waiting for at least 5 minutes if not longer but no one is in line in the store. read more

Be careful, this store is handing out counterfeit $5 bills. I went back after receiving one and they told me I was out five dollars and the Saturday night manager was very rude about it. Him and his coworker were even laughing about it as I left. Stay away from this store. read more

regular walgreen/ drugstore, the people here just looks at you without saying , "oh do you need help finding anything?" and they even give you a smile so that is why i only go here for emergencies only. they prices are why overpriced and could get them better at walmart for a better price. read more

This review is specifically for the manager Christina. She went above and beyond to help me today. I had an issue with a Claire's gift card that I bought my niece last month. I know it wasn't Walgreens fault and I contacted Claire's gift card services directly. They needed me to email them my receipt which unfortunately I had thrown away. So I went to the store and spoke to a manager and she told me she couldn't promise me much about finding my receipt even if I used my rewards. So, she got me to download the Walgreens app and see my past purchases. Once I was able to get that I contacted Claire's but they needed an actual print out not from the app. So I called Walgreens and another manager had answer and passed me on to Christina and thankfully Christina helped me! She stayed with me on the phone until she was able to find my receipt. She printed it out for me and was ready for me to pick up. Thank you Christina for your great customer, something the rest of your managers should learn from you! read more

Aaaaahhhh what is wrong with these people! I literally found zero customer service here! I called to get a Rx I have been waiting for for 5 days and sat on hold for 25 min the automated system said my call was next . I finally hung up called the main store and was told they could not find a pharmacist so the pharmacy part of a 24 hour pharmacy was closed! I have had problems with this pharmacy before but this take the cake! ~I think that what is lacking today is real customer service.the respect that ,we the consumer that pay their pay check have a right to ask for them not to be rude and disrespectful. This should not be tolerated something has to be said in order to say we as humans deserve respect regardless of color race income etc... The only way to change something is to say something the more the better. If you see any of my other postings on yelp you will see that I refer to costumer service as being "here or not found here" it is because in the retail business it is important to put your treatment and care of the customer first... My husband and I have been shopping at this walgreens for 12 years, we love the clerks and management ,they are all so friendly and helpful, the pharmacy however is bad, and I have used them all these years. Yesterday I was released from hospital and in pain,and dealing with the disease of cancer, left a prescription for drugs to get relief and we were told 1 1/2 hour, so went home and called back. Pharmacist told me I was never at er and if I wanted prescription back to bring ID, I was wearing id band from er and had 4 sheets of check out forms I called hospital and they said all pharmacy need do was call # on prescription for Dr to call back, so I called management and they had pharmacy call ,but by that time too late. In am pharmacy had clerk look over my I D like I made.it. went to hospital and Dr could not find out way they said was wrong, so went to mom and pop pharmacy ,5 mins later all fixed.We will never use pharmacy at Walgreens again, still love rest of employees read more

Done with this pharmacy. We have been customers of this Walgreens for about 16 years. My husband called in a refill request on a prescription for test strips yesterday morning and was told that it would be refilled. When he went today to pick it up after 5 p.m. today they told him that it had no more refills and they had faxed it to the doctor. When he explained that he had only one test strip left what was he supposed to do, they told him that he could buy them for $43 for 25 strips. He asked if he would be reimbursed when the refill came through they told him no. There was nothing else they could do. It would not have been so bad if they had even said they were sorry that there was nothing else they could do, but they had a "too bad kiss my aaa" attitude. When I asked them why no one had called us to let us know there was a problem they told me that it would have gone to their automated system and that they have no control over that. Fortunately, I was able to contact my husband's doctor after hours and she called the prescription in personally. When my husband called them to make sure that they received it they told him yes and then proceeded to explain that they didn't have enough test strips to fill it but would give him a partial and that he would have to pick up the rest in a few days. This isn't the first time that their customer service sucked, but it will be the last for me. read more
