Tonight I had to pick up a script as my regular script was lost in the mail. I sat in the Drive-Thru lane behind three vehicles for 32 minutes, I watched as it got closer and closer to closing time. This particular one doesn't have the sketchiness vibe that I have felt at other Walgreens but it doesn't feel like you're walking into an upscale wellness center either. I went to the pharmacy with my broken English and there were many angry women working there. I understand that it was busy or backed-up but that is no reason to lose your customer service etiquette and have very bad form. I like the clean and spacious layout of this location, as well as the easy self-checkout queues. I find this location easy to navigate, with parking that's easily accessible and not too far from the entrance. The traffic is manageable coming in and out of the plaza where this entrance is located. While Publix's prices tend to be higher overall than at other locations, it's convenient, depending on where you're coming from.
