WORST PHARMACY EVER. my husband has 2 broken bones in his leg and this has been the pharmacy we pick up the prescriptions at and when i tell you there have been issues every single time, i am not exaggerating... for example, today we went to pick up 10 mg oxycodone and they said they didn't have it in stock. no biggie, they tell us to go to the one in royal palm, that we have to transfer it to them ourselves. of course this isn't the case and they did not do what they were supposed to do, according to the pharmacists at the royal palm walgreens. just unprofessional and this is a common occurrence with this location. 0/10 read more

I was at this Walgreens today (1700 hrs) to pick up my prescription. The line was long but I waited patiently and even allowed an elderly woman to go in front of me. After waiting nearly half an hour it was my turn. A black female, who has just entered the store, just stepped to the front of me and another White Male. I told the Black Female customer and the Black Female cashier that I had been waiting for a long time and I would appreciate being served. The customer didn't even say sorry or move over, she looked at me like I was garbage. Then the cashier told me that she didn't see me or the other White Males waiting and she is still serving the Black Female and told me to be patient. I haven't felt like this since I was a boy and people told my family we couldn't stay at the hotels in Ocean City, NJ because we are Italian. I called corporate and explained the problem I was given a case number but no way to retrieve my medications. read more

The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. If someone does pick up..., they just quickly hang up, put you on hold, time and time again,...until they disconnect the call. Or, you're put on perpetual hold! They NEVER have our Rx's on time. " We'll get more tomorrow, " is a popular response, or " The pharmacist is reviewing your prescription. "  No, he's not. " Rude? " another reviewer writes?? That is an understatement. You can always count on a 15-25 minute wait in the drive-thru line. " Sorry, ma'am, we're very busy, ". No, you're not. You're just lazy and impolite and couldn't care less about your customers. read more

Trying to get my prescription since the 3rd of this month. Called and spoke to Paul who would not let me finish my sentences without interrupting me. Just to find out that they never ordered my prescription that I've been waiting over two weeks for. He tells me that he is going to look for another Walgreens location to see if they have what I need. I was in bold for so long I rang through the system again just for him to answer and place me on hold again. Didn't even bother to give me any updates on what he was doing to help me. Never had a problem with this Walgreens until now. read more

Dropped by to search for make up I left at home. Quite an extensive wall of makeup. But, I had to take time to search for the items that were reasonably priced.... All the way at the end of the makeup wall. People greeted me, but never asked if l needed help finding anything. However, cashier was fast to check out. As I was leaving, I saw a NYX display with more reasonably priced items, if only someone could have directed me there. read more

I like going to this location because of the staff! It is a very busy Walgreens Pharmacy but they are always friendly and professional!

I had a tooth pulled earlier, and stopped at a different Walgreens where I was told it would be over two hours to fill my pain meds. I opted to keep driving and go to this Walgreens, which is my usual location. The gentleman that helped me in the drive through was awesome. He made sure I had my prescription in less than 15 minutes. I really appreciate that - I know they were busy but he could see I was in some serious pain and got right to it. Thank you!!! read more

I have been ordering medications from this walgreens ( corner of southern blvd and forest hill in loxahatchee fl) for many years and it was always within 20 mins prescriptions were ready for pick up . Today forget it md office forwarded prescription to this pharmacy and i purposely took my time before heading there only to be told " its not ready yet, we just got the script 15mins ago. That was an hour ago as am writing this review still waiting for it. I going to change pharmacy. read more

I've come to realize that Walgreens pharmacies suck no matter where you live. This was my second experience in this area with Walgreens. Called to find out if they had my med in stock and to order. While the girl on the phone was somewhat pleasant, she was just not helpful. She wanted me to call another Walgreens to get prescription transferred. Okay, usually the pharmacist has done that, is that my job now? She then asks for the phone no to the other one, and I say I'm on my cell can you look on my profile. Everything just seemed like a hassle for her. I am so glad I don't live here. read more
