Bottom line, they knew I needed those drops (because I told them over the phone), they knew no one else in town had it (because I told them over the phone), they knew it was back-ordered and that no one else would be able to get it for me (because I told them... you seeing a pattern here???), so they charged me $75... avoid this place like the plague. There's only one post office, but I no longer will patronize a pharmacy that puts their lunch break ahead a single customer in line (nobody behind me). Simple pick up and I would have been on my way. This location will fail due to whomever is currently managing it. These attitudes trickle down from management or lack thereof.

Aesthetically, it's not that pleasing. I try not to come unless I am in a desperate need for over-the-counter meds and various toiletries. Price-wise, it's what you expect, but not terrible. They do have a FedEx pick-up and shipping counter if you need to send something out and don't have time to go to an actual location. It works in a bind, but I try to use this only as a last resort. Staff-wise, if you're looking for someone at the photo/FedEx counter, it can be hit-or-miss. It depends on the number of staff available on shift. You may be waiting a few minutes, especially if there are only one or two people at the front registers. Pharmacy-wise, it's not welcoming so I have always avoided it.

My Dr had the RX sent in each month but they won't fill it. Oftentimes, they don't fill when it's called in until days later when the "central pharmacy" sends it. I understand it's a staffing issues overall but the attitudes are awful. You are waiting in line for minimum 20-30 min each time. If you have a choice to go to any pharmacy, don't go to Walgreens. Unfortunately, my insurance plan only chooses Walgreens.

He has been going to this pharmacy for a few years now…read more Over a month ago, he picked up his prescription, from his Dr, that had 5 refills on it as he sees his Dr every 6 months. My Community Pharmacy has been filling this script for a while. When he finished the first month of his 6 month supply, he went on the APP to have his script refilled....it then said processing. He went to the pharmacy to pick up the second month supply, 2 days later, and was told that there were no refills. He looked at his bottle, and sure enough, written on the bottle were "0" refills. He complained and was told..."Sorry, you have no refills". Did they not have the original script to refer back to? My husband had to take time to then call his Dr and go to their office to pick up a new script, for the same medication. The script once again said 5 refills after the script is filled. Today, we went to My Community Pharmacy, with the new script, and waited for it. We took the bag outside and before we drove away, my husband looked at the bottle..."0/Zero" refills!!!!! AGAIN...THE SAME MISTAKE. He went back in to how them of their mistake, for the second time. They looked at the bottle..."0 Refills" and looked at the script...."5 Refills" Not even an apology. This is very concerning....their pharmacist is not on the ball. If this can happen on something so simple, then mistakes can also be made with prescription strength, mislabeling or even the wrong medication all together. This is the only prescription he gets filled there as he likes this one particular generic brand, that our other pharmacy does not carry...otherwise, he would not go back. In the future, he will be making copies of the prescription and checking the bottle before he leaves the store....I suggest you do the same if you also go there. I hope the owner also reads this review and makes sure other more serious mistakes are not being made by those that work behind the counter.

The person who answered said I'd need to "find out," then put me on hold. I waited an unreasonable amount of time and was eventually disconnected by a recording saying the mailbox was full. I called back four more times. Each time the call went straight to hold music -- no greeting, no staff member, no opportunity to leave a message. They simply do not answer the phone. If you need reliable communication, this pharmacy is not dependable. Very frustrating experience.
