I was only one waiting at customer Service! So I will go to a different location from now on! I didn't get her name she walked away and someone else waited on me she had long red hair and glasses and heavy set!it was at 1250 today I have been coming there 38 years but never again!!! Pretty sad day for Publix typically I hold Publix to a pretty high standard with their subs. I do feel like they have the best sandwiches you can get out of all the options Jersey Mike's Subway, etc. but honestly today I'm not feeling it. I feel like everyone knows when you order a sub to be picked up online. They're never really gonna make it the way it should be made. It's always gonna be better if you're standing in front of them, but this is really pathetic. This place is always clean and the people are always super nice. I usually come in for a sub and they are always so polite. They are not very fast, but always the nicest people. The store has some great deals for buy one get one, but they never last so you have to check frequently. The parking lot is always a disaster. Getting in and out of this plaza takes at least one full light cycle, usually two or more. read more

I stopped to ask the pharmacist, Aura, for her suggestion of an over the counter medication to relieve my discomfort. Aura was approachable, brilliant, friendly, and compassionate. She offered me a suggestion and she took the time to double check my symptoms against the ingredients listed in the supplement for menopausal relief. I instacart my orders, at least every 5 days. Idk how they NEVER have breaded, plain chicken wings available (!!!) but my 84 yo mom likes them, and cannot have any sauce. So I've taken to calling the deli and requesting that they make a 20 piece order of breaded plain wings for the shopper to pick up.The staff is always friendly and the chef is willing to accommodate and I truly appreciate that. Last week, I did the same and spoke to someone I hadn't before and thought we were all set. I'll give him credit for calling me back, but he said they were "out of chicken." I said, okay, instead of wings, can we just do 2 fried chicken breasts. He said " We're OUT of chicken MA'AM." So many things the deli is always out of and it's frustrating! If I could go there and shop for myself, I would! Seems like it's usually the deli... they also never have a layered salad and today they didn't have just a plain salad, so I had to get the one with all the bell peppers and radishes that will just go.in the trash. My frustration is becuz my mom who weighs 100 soaking wet never has a taste for anything, so when she says she "wants" something, I move with purpose to get it for her. If you don't make things, then just don't offer them... seems simple! Just fyi... always plenty of hot and spicy wings, which is what we were delivered today, and I had to give them to.my neighbor or else throw them out. This Publix was rebuilt a few years back, and a really nice feature they added is a drive-through pharmacy. In general, this store is pretty well-designed, with an open, modern customer service desk facing you as soon as you walk in. The bakery and deli are on the right-hand side as you walk in, which makes picking up to-go food (like a sub!) easy and fast. Thank you to all the friendly cashiers and employees who fuss over my baby. It's super sweet. You never fail to make me or my kid smile. Also, thanks to the kind cashier who insisted I claim a free helium balloon for my son - who knew?! You even paged the florist so we could get one. Man, the bar is set high here! The parking lot lacks cart return areas, so carts get shoved here and there haphazardly. read more

I'm finding that more and more of their workers at this location don't have the best attitude when it comes to greeting customers and saying "Thank you" after your purchase. I also noticed that some of their managers will almost run right into you as if you're not there and whatever they have to do is more important. It's not going to get better until someone stops Publix from having a monopoly of food stores in the area. read more

I love Publix! Born and raised in the area and this is my preferred grocery store! Publix is known for its friendly welcoming staff so I am very confused by their Deli manager Brit. While waiting for a sub or meat/cheese slices on various occasions I've watched her bark instructions at employees, it upsets me so much to witness. She's very off putting and I avoid her at all costs! Constantly frowning. read more

A great line of food items for the family, as well as other important items such a paper products, pet supplies, light products, beer and wines, etc., in addition to a great pharmacy with many health products, ALL at very reasonable prices. Overpriced. Decent supermarket, but they just can't come close to competing with other places.

I will say the staff is friendly but I am going to start driving farther to a different one. I have repeatedly been disappointed in their overall management of operations and customer service. Sale items are often mislabeled or not labeled at all. I am frequently charged double for things or incorrectly. They will correct it if I catch it but a few times I didn't notice until I got home and didn't want to go through the inconvenience of going back to customer service. I don't think this store lives up to the quality and expectations of customer service the Publix brand carries. read more

She quickly pulled me to the front of the express lane when I had only one small item to buy while the two people in front of me had many more than 10 items. I'm a fan of this Publix. It's SO CLEAN. All the employees are nice and helpful. It's bright and heavily labeled. This makes it so much easier to get your shopping done when you can see everything and it not be jumbled together. I has a turkey sandwich from the sandwich makers. It was yummy. "Buy one get one free" or as my wife calls them BOGO's are a daily thing at Publix. They are awesome! You'd really be surprised what you find BOGO. The staff at this Publix are ALL super curious , friendly, and nice! Their Deli is always fresh. Lines are never near as long as Walmart. Can't beat the location. Just pick up a caramel macchiato at the starbucks from in the same shopping center and you'll be gravy as you do your groceries. read more

While this Publix location is always clean and the staff is friendly, it does need a revamp! The inside of the store has not been updated, as many other locations in the area have. Supposedly, they will be undergoing renovations soon. Their staff in the deli/sub area are usually very friendly, but I've noticed they work a bit slower than other locations, so the lines can get obnoxiously long! The main issue inside the store that bothers me is that they keep moving their inventory around, which is very annoying when you're trying to get in and out quickly. Not to mention, where they have moved items around doesn't always make sense. For example, the bread aisle is now down by the baby food...? They also used to have a corner of the store dedicated to organic/gluten-free/healthier items, which has recently been removed. Not sure why since that matches the clientele in the area. However, the main reason I avoid this location is because of the shopping plaza it sits in. The traffic in the plaza gets ridiculous and isn't laid out logically. This makes it a nightmare for getting in, parking, and trying to leave. Not that there's much they can do about this, but it's good to know if you plan on coming here. read more

I love this publix born and raised here in Jupiter FL but I did have a good experience with this one manager TWICE I went there and she was horrible at customer service and didn't know how too do her job and I would always see her smoking cigarettes more then doing her job also was very upset leaving hope next time I go I don't have too deal with that one manger she wasn't very nice. read more

I went here not knowing what to expect. Holey moley was I surprised. There was food everywhere. Like....all types of food. The deli had foods customarily found on bread to make a "sandwich." There was also place where you could get a sub made or pick up a rotisserie chicken - not foul foul if you ask me. Then, there are about fifteen or so rows that lined with food products to fill your belly. TONs of delicious grub that you can place in a cart, or basket if you are not looking to get too much food. I got some food from cans, a carton of milk, and a half dozen eggs. (to be honest, the first eggs I looked at had a crack in it, so I played dumb and got one with no cracked eggs) There was a counter full of different meats, like chicken and steak. I couldn't decide so i proceeded to the candy isle and got some Hersey's kisses to give to my friend Costa. Then I waited in line and paid for the food. The only part is that this restaurant didn't cook the food for you. For that you had to take it home and do it yourself. read more

I enjoy shopping at most Publix stores. The staff at every store is always very friendly and helpful, but this particular location is my favorite Publix- it's huge and seems to have everything one could need. Well, except fresh hot coffee which I learned they used to have so hopefully they'll bring it back because then it would be the quintessential supermarket! Anyway, I'd like to draw special attention to their flowers and balloons department because the service there is exceptional. I came in for a last minute "balloon bouquet" at 7:30AM and the lady who helped me was super friendly and on top of it. I wish I would have gotten her name because she really made my day, putting together a happy birthday balloon bouquet for me in a matter of minutes. It looked great and made my recipient very happy which in turn made me quite happy. Plus they have a great selection of fun balloons to chose from, so kudos to the floral department and this Publix- they're doing it right! read more
