Order 60 photo cards for Christmas photos. Got an email the day that I ordered that my order was ready for pickup. Went to pick it up and they couldn't find my order so they reprinted it and I went to pick it up the next day. The next day the order was ready but partially filled. Missing 15 photo cards out of 60. Instead of just printing the 15 photos I was missing they wouldn't and had to reprint my whole order for the 3rd time. Which takes about an hour and I had to wait because I cannot be driving back and forth all day to pick up my photos. Not managed properly and order not being fulfilled and checked before giving the order to the customer. Workers were rude and helpful very disappointed. Never had any problems with CVS until this store read more

The pharmacists are great. They are patient and look out to for ways to help clients maximize their insurance prescription benefits. My husband had a prescription that was about $100 per month out of pocket. The pharmacy tech told him that he may want to increase the milligrams and simply cut the pill accordingly to gain insurance coverage. We looked into it, called our doc to update his prescription and now, his monthly expense for this script is only 97 cents. In addition to great competent people, the pharmacy drive through window is amazing! Just watch out for the median on the left when leaving. read more

Jean is by far the best employee I have ever met at a CVS. He lights up the whole place with his great attitude and joy to work, and stops at nothing to be nice to you. He knows where everything in the store is, and does not mind helping you find it. He is the only reason I keep going to this store. read more

I will be changing Pharmacies as a result of my experience today. I have never had such a terrible experience anywhere to make me upset. I have never even given a bad review anywhere, however I felt compelled by the experience I had today at this CVS pharmacy. I called 3 times today in order to check on a prescription for my child. 3 times I waited on hold for over 40 minutes for the Pharmacy. 3 times I was disconnected. I called my child's pediatrician twice today to confirm that they sent in a prescription refill my child's prescription, because I did not receive a notification that it was ready for pickup from CVS. I tried to call again CVS again and was put on hold for another 40 minutes. I drove there and went through the drive thru out of curtsey since we are all sick. I wanted 20 minutes in the drive thru, now it was past 5pm when the doctor's office is closed. The pharmacist told me she did not have the call from the pediatrician. Then she told me that the insurance wouldn't approve the prescription and I would have to pay out of pocket. I said I was fine with that because my child was sick and needed the medication prior to going to sleep. My child gets severe respiratory issues every time they get sick, the medicine is essential. Then she asks me to come back later. I was really upset. After leaving the drive thru, I get a call that the prescription is ready to pick up. My husband went back to pick it up only for them to tell him that they don't have it. They sent him to another pharmacy. All of this could have been avoided if they had answered their phone and actually cared that a child got their medicine. They actually told my husband that the phone call I received that it was ready was corporate's mistake and that corporate sends out calls for no reason even if they don't have the medicine. The worst part is that I am not the only one who has had issues at this Pharmacy. I really hope corporate CVS sees this review and takes action to coach its employees to answer their phone. As I stated before, all of this could have been avoided had they answered their phone today. read more

I needed a prescription temporarily transferred from Maryland. Due to the severe weather, two previous attempts to contact the CVS there were unsuccessful. I was on the verge of running out when Dylan in the pharmacy came to my rescue. He was able to get it transferred and filled within an hour of my call. Everyone we've dealt with at the store so far has been very pleasant and helpful. Unless that changes, this will be our home store when we're living here permanently. read more
