I was honestly shocked by the customer service at this CVS. While I'm visiting the area, I've been…read morestopping in almost every day, and only one employee has consistently been kind and helpful--Sheryl. She is always friendly, relaxed, and treats customers with respect. Unfortunately, most of the other employees have been rude. Today, after coming from the beach, I urgently needed eye drops because I could barely see from the salt water. After I paid, my receipt was emailed to me, so I politely asked the cashier if I could use a mirror to put in my eye drops. Instead of simply helping, she responded with an attitude, asking if I had checked in first. I explained that another employee had rung me up, but she still wasn't pleasant. This is about the fourth time I've had an unfriendly experience here. I hope management speaks with the staff about customer service because it makes a big difference. Sheryl is the exception--she's wonderful and deserves recognition.

I got confirmation that they received my prescriptions at 12:21pm. Text message update came 30 minutes later that it was ready. Love the notices. I couldn't get in until later, and I very much appreciate the cashier checking my insurance, running my card again, and saving me a ton of money!! Only downside has been actually having to update my insurance information after having been to this location before. The disconnect is with the CVS app account vs. CarePass account. Bonus because I didn't have to get out of my car to pick them up!

Currently this store is undergoing extensive renovations and everything inside is jumbled up and difficult to navigate, with rows moved closer together to accommodate the screened off construction. I needed to grab a couple of simple kids clothing items in the past month, and both times, finding items was disorganized and stressful. Adult clothing was mixed in with the kids clothing, and there was little to no signage indicating where anything might be. Until the renovations are finished, I would avoid any extensive shopping trips here!

New freezers, new refrigerators , shelving , they doubled the produce section. And it's great . There is a ton of new products. And the displays are very user friendly. He's slowly moving to the rest of the store but big changes for this store . It's going to be able absolutely great when it's finished . Ho see it it's worth the time .
