I can't say that I've had a bad experience there. The current staff is descent. Managers, etc. But the safety concerns are what keeps me from stopping here sometimes. I literary have to survey the area to make sure I'm prepared for my surroundings when I exit my car. The parking lot is sometimes heavy with people asking for $$ b/c this intersection is a big panhandling location. (Military and Okeechobee). I know we're all humans and I respect people on their journey of life, but I still don't want to shop somewhere where I have to be overly diligent about my safety because of the visible cues I've learned when living in bigger cities in the US (NYC, Philly, etc.) and now WPB seems to have similar big city problems. -The Hungry Poet read more

I would give minus infinity stars for this miserable pharmacy. No one answers the phone at the pharmacy so if you have a question for the Pharmacist, you will have to get in your car and drive an hour to this pharmacy in order to actually speak to someone. The customer care line is completely dysfunctional and don't care if you complain. If by chance you lose your receipt, you will never, and I mean never get a refund so I suggest don't ever buy anything here that you even think you might return. Don't buy any of their expensive face cream or cosmetics or anything else unless you definitely are going to keep it forever otherwise shop at target where they have 90 days to return and you will always be in their system even if you lose your receipt. We lost out on a lot of money buying things here at Cvs, but we've learned our lesson and we'd like to educate you out there to not shop here. Don't say we didn't warn you . read more

I had my prescriptions transferred to this location and I waited 5 days to get a message saying they were ready, I never got a message, and I would continuously call and go into the store to see if I can pick them up, but they were never ready...they were blaming it on the Walgreens, so it was like a bickering fight between Walgreens and them. I finally called for the last time, and the lady said they have been ready for 5 days, but I was constantly calling and going into the store, and they were never ready, so I don't know what the problem is. Also, I was waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes and the line was not moving, so I decided to go inside to see 8 people working behind there...upsetting. read more

Have been picking up my Wife's meds for almost 14 years in multiple cities/states that we've lived. I have the more flex schedule so run most of the errands. Received msg that order is ready, arrived to find it was not. Assistant was going to send me away to come back later but Pharmacist intervened & offered to complete on the spot. Thanks! ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE...CVS in the area. This store is so ghetto. Went in today to pick up prescription. Hand scribbled sign on front door said, 'pharmacy is down'. So, I went on to purchase a couple of items. Got to the register and this 'manager' (and I use this loosely) decided to wait until I had stood in line, waiting for my register turn, to tell me that neither the self checkout or the cashier could accept anything but cash. He says the internet was down. So, I dropped the items in my hands and walked. He proceeded to berate me and I gave him the finger. Bottom line, buddy...you need to tell people as they WALK IN THE DOOR that only cash transactions are happening. Instead, you let everyone come in, pick up items and then stand in line, only to find out cash only. WORSE CVS I HAVE EVER VISITED. I AM MOVING MY BUSINESS TO WALGREENS. read more

So last week I went in and they refused to fill my prescription and told me to go get some over the counter medication. Turns out I'm allergic to the medicine and they still have to refill it and I feel like it's kind of bullshit because I went in there. Tell him that I needed a filled of last week and instead, the pharmacist told me that they weren't gonna cover it by my insurance so they're not going to refill it and now I have to go get it refilled. A week after I got my prescription. I've been throwing up for a week because the pharmacist told me to get a different medicine. I don't know, but someone needs to be fired here. read more

Do not have your prescription sent here under any means. An employee with a honey blonde bun, misread my prescriptio and inputted it under another name. luckily, the front desk employee Nancy and I spotted the error. Can you believe that instead of empathy for the patient who is in sever pain, who now has waited pati for an additional 15, the employee with the blonde hun had the audacity to be hostile toward me. I am completely blown away, Accidents happen and I was understandin, but to have no remorse for her medication error, and no apology and hostility is utterly disgusting. I was in a very fragile state, and can't believe how I was treated when I'd done nothing wrong. Don't do it. She even had the nerve to do this in front of her manager who didn't correct her for her hostility in the moment. Stay away. read more

On two separate occasions I came in to get my scrpit filled after THEY TEXTED ME IT WAS READY, waited in line for a whole hour, and when I got to the front they just didn't have it. I purchased a fan, 8/15/21. I never opened the box. I attempted to return the fan the following day. Before approaching the register, while still standing in line, the cashier yelled, "Those fans are non-refundable." She did not inquire as to my reasoning for the return. She went on to say, "My manager said people keep buying them, using them, and returning them." I explained that her report is contradictory to the return policy listed on the receipt. Additionally, there is nothing on the signage saying "no refunds". The cashier told me I would need to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager was not present and would not be until the following day. read more

This store is so AWFUL. I am transferring all of my self and my family's prescriptions away from the store in away from CVS permanently. I will send my prescriptions to Publix. This store absolutely refuse to sell me a rapid covid test after I already called and confirmed with the pharmacy that they had some in stock. I went into the store, went back to the pharmacy,, Pharmacy said yes, they did have the rapid covid test in stock but she was working with another customer at the moment and told me that there were covid tests up front. So I went up front and ask the person who is behind the checkout counter. Apparently she was also the store manager. She told me very rudely, that no they didn't have any covid tests. And I tried to explain to her that yes they did have them in it I just called 5 minutes previous and she again very rudely told me that she doesn't know who I spoke with but no, they don't have covid tests and if anyone would know, it would be her. So I explained to her that I just got off the phone with the pharmacy and the pharmacy assured me that yes they did have them in stock and had an entire box. So I turned around, walked away very upset. Went back to the pharmacy and of course this store manager came flying back there as well interrupting me, while I was asking for a covid test and screaming that there wasn't any. The pharmacy people basically laughed at her and told her that yes there was covid test. And I looked at her and said I told you there was covid test and she continued to ignore me and under my breath, yes I did call her a stupid bitch. And then she told me that she wasn't selling me any covid test and then I could go somewhere else. And I told her that she was the store manager, why doesn't she know that her store has covid test. So I made a complete ass out of her so she refused to sell me a covid test. She caused a huge scene both up front and in the pharmacy. Is this the way a store manager acts? I even went to her afterwards and apologized because I really needed this test for my 74 year old mother and she still refused to sell it to me causing another huge scene up front again. This is the way a store manager acts? She should not have been rude to begin with, she should have apologized when she realized that she was dead wrong. And sold me the test. I'm a customer. I can act any way that I choose fit but she was highly unprofessional and I'm pulling all of my prescriptions as well as the rest of my family and my extended family and we will be having our prescriptions filled by Publix who knows how to act respectfully and professionally at all times. read more
