Normally I am okay with being on hold but this pharmacy continued to pick up and put me on hold less then a second later multiple times than just hung up on me after 16 minutes this is not okay. Some of my good friends work at this location and I go often due to the convenience of living around the corner from it. While I have no complaints about their friendliness, I'm mainly rating some of the other employees' lack of care for products. I went in on a day when the employees I knew weren't working and I bought a tin box of Pokémon cards for my cousin's birthday. When she opened them later that day, we found out all the packs inside were resealed and had already been opened. Some boosters weren't even sealed, they were in the box open. Furious, I took my ass back to the store and kindly asked for my money back (which they didn't give) and I told them to make a report. Fast forward 6 months later, and I find that nothing has changed. They're fully stocked on the same tins that scammed me and they don't give a crap. If you come to this store, Make sure to check your things before purchasing them. Or open the things in front of them so that they can verify for sure. For those that go there to buy Pokémon cards regularly, don't get the Darkrai and Snorlax tins. They're all resealed. I'd even go as far to say every single card game in their display is resealed. Tried to purchase an item that said it was in stock at their store. The guy at the check out station was very clueless and informed that if they don't have anything in their aisle that's it. I asked if he can check on their system if he can check a different store that may have it. He said he can't and to check with the people at photo. I went to ask the 2 girls at photo and were even less clueless and said that if I should call other stores to see if they have any... their customer services was very horrible instead of trying to help me see what store carries it the two girls were very dismissive. There is no communication towards provider and patient. If I did not call, I would be stuck with 3 pills from my prescription, and the rest lost due to later shipment day. I just had my hand cut open, and I was suggested to wait the 3 days to have the full prescription. Their job is to notify my doctor of their shortage. I've honestly only been to this location out of convenience to my housing location. This is exactly what I went for a few days ago. I signed myself and and my family to receive a vaccine and were turned down. My family is consistently exposed to different people given their occupations. My family was denied their third dose despite the sign up form indicating that eligibility was an option due to working environment putting them at high risk. I was appalled that even as a working educator, an ESSENTIAL WORKER, I was also denied that service. It's disappointing to see that even establishments located in the community with most needs are not providing the services needed to keep the community afloat. As someone who works in a classroom all day exposed to unvaccinated students, I needed this service and even with proof, I was still turned down. I'm sure the person at the counter was only doing their job, but to be told that even they didn't have the chance to get their third dose also was not an appropriate response to give to even provide this service when on the sign up form, that option was there. read more

The biggest mistake I did was take my disposable camera to get developed here. DONT. I already knew the reputation CVS/Walgreens has in regard to this so that's on me but I decided to give it a shot anyway, they lost my photos and had me wasting my time calling them after I specifically told them to just be honest with me and admit there's no fix to it so I can just give up but they kept insisting they would make sure to get my photos and never did. I dropped them off late October and now it's January and still no update/no call after the manager Jose even guaranteed he would get my photos or give me a call back for an update. I accept the mistake I've made on my part in taking my photos there to begin with but to keep bringing my hopes up that they'll do everything they can to replace them even after me accepting what it was and wanting to take my L is what pisses me off. Now I finally called 1/14/2024 to get an update and it turns out they requested to get reprinted, received them, and threw them away lol so just don't waste your time here. Don't expect any customer service from this location. It's perfect for in n out purchases. However, I came across an issue with some photos and when they were exchanged, the employee placed them at arm's reach from the counter in a small box. I didn't feel comfortable with that as they contained photos of my nieces in their school shirts and anyone can get them (they're always short staff). They wouldn't let go of the photos without charging me regardless wether I'm destroying them at the location. Employee called the manager and once I explained that I needed to shred them for confidentiality purposes, she said that there's nothing that can be done and got defensive. Took me 10min of ranting for them to cut the photos up. It's not difficult to cut 5 pics up with some scissors but apparently they "don't get paid enough". read more

She was literally screaming at a customer! She was not letting the customer purchase as many led pencil or school supplies as she pleased. I was in this area and decided to pick up a few items I needed. What a disappointment with the appearance of this store. I have never shopped at a Walgreens that was so messy not only the inside but the outside as well. Then while shopping and reviewing the AD I noticed that a lot of the sale prices were not marked. When I proceeded to check out I mentioned to the cashier that it made it difficult to shop because the sale items were not tagged correctly so I wanted to make sure I grabbed the correct items. She proceeded to say "oh yeah we have not tagged them because we have been very busy" that is no excuse anytime you go to any other Walgreen the sales ad items are tagged. I went the other day with a bad back after lifting weights. I live right in front of it so I always go. Overall costumer service is good. One time a chick around her twenties gave my mother and I some coupons and some of the younger associates are nice. but this Saturday around 1pm or 2: a much older lady looked like she was in a really bad mood in the cosmetic section. I was looking for a primer cuz I was going to a party and I was tired from my back. She never offered help and when I approuched her and asked her if they had any more of the # of primer I was looking for, she just replied, "nooooo we only have what is there" and continued to talk to some guy. we'll so you think I'm dumb or something? Customer service was nice. It was clean. The bathrooms were really messy and all out of toilet paper/toilet seat covers/paper towels.

Store is great over all. There is always someone around to help you out if you have any questions. Customers are dirty but employees do there best to keep it clean. I love the photo department. There always on point with there timing. read more
