Went to the store within their seven day return/exchange policy to exchange or get a store credit. Before I could ask for the exchange or credit the cashier bluntly stated "we can't accept that because it was opened". Their return policy on the receipt states "product must be in original condition and package (With all tags attached) for returns/exchanges."' No where does it states that the packages couldn't be opened. Exactly how are you to know if the product is correct if you don't open the package. I'm not a beautician and clearly this was my error. However, the product was not used and we put in it right back in the original package with all of the tags. Wasn't worth arguing with her about it. They just lost a customer that's all.
