The entire staff is great. Gus (the owner-pharmacist), Ewa (his wife), Julie (tech), Kayla (who rings you up), and the 2 part time pharmacists they've had since I started using them. They do good things in the community - raising funds to help people who have experienced a catastrophe, conducting vaccine clinics, etc. They fill orders quickly and reliably. There's an app that you can use to communicate/chat with the pharmacy and they typically respond within minutes. They make the process very easy and convenient. They do NOT make any errors billing your insurance or worse, mislabelling your medication (I'm looking at you Walgreens on Chews Landing Road...) PS. Sometimes they have donuts and pretzels too!

There are some medical offices and buildings in that area too. You may have to do a bit of maneuvering to get there, but you will get there. I visited here several times during my visit to the area in October 2019, with my most recent visit there being on October 7, 2019. The overall layout seems similar to other CVS Pharmacy locations I have been to. The pharmacy portion is at the back. The store was clean, well stocked, and well maintained on the inside. One of the reasons I was in here several times was to get different things for a cold. I had come down with a cold after completing ten nights of cruising on the Disney Magic. I had gotten some homeopathic ones, as well as some Aleve-D Cold and Sinus. Since I needed to get that part at the pharmacy section, I got everything was going to get and then finish up there. The pharmacy person I talked with there was great. She talked to me about some of those homeopathic items that they really don't work as well, and said I would be better off not getting it. Ultimately, I ditched those items, but still went with the Aleve-D Cold and Sinus. It is rare these days to have someone say not to get something. Normally it's the other way around, where they try to get you to get as much as possible. She really had my best interests at heart there, and this was what bumped my rating up. Overall, I had excellent experiences while visiting the area. I would not hesitate to come back to this CVS again in the future if I am in the area. You can't go wrong when you have a great experience and great service.

While there is no enclosed private room for vaccinations or consultations, there is a small seating area to the right of the pharmacy with a short wall that's semi private, I guess. This is where a vaccination / consultation would take place. As long as you park to the left side entrance (same side as dairy products) and walk through the same entrance, you have a very short walk to the pharmacy...just past the aisles with the vitamins, pain relievers, etc. The ONLY real inconvenience is that they do not have a Drive Thru.

American owned and HQ in Baltimore, MD, so if your goal is to support USA businesses = Mission Accomplished! Self Checkout is nice (If you'd rather not deal with a cashier)...Scan your items, pay with Debit or Credit Card and just leave. Obviously, don't forget to bring in a reusable bag, since no plastic or paper bags are available due to the State Ban. However, the people who work at the chicken and burger station will sometimes provide you a paper bag, IF you ask nicely enough! Pretty well stocked with snacks, drinks, milk, coffee creamer, ice cream etc. KRISPY KREME Donuts and they get a fresh batch delivered regularly!! However, I think there is only ONE of them and it REALLY does need to be replaced and updated at this point. I'd strongly recommend going to the Wawa on the corner of 561 and Gibbsboro Road in Gibbsboro for the completely modernized and digitized FREE air pumps there and they have 3 or 4 available that work extremely well! CONS: LOTS of cones ALL the time - day and night at various gas pumps, so you may have to back your vehicle in to gain access to a pump OR wait for one to free up. Are they understaffed, not have adequate fuel deliveries on a regular basis or BOTH? Lord only knows! The "World Famous Chicken" is anything BUT that. I tried it ONCE and found to to be burnt tasting and greasy AND pricey. Not a good look Royal Farms...PLEASE do better! Gas prices can be a bit higher here than the NON-USA owned gas stations in the area, but the quality of gas is likely better at Royal Farms, so it's a trade off. Super high prices on convenience store food, snack items, ice cream and drinks - But probably no worse than a Wawa.
