Depending on the day and who's working will decide how your food and service will be. The food has been mediocre at best. Sandwiches stopped together ingredients all over the package when you open it. Shelves poorly stocked,and employees more concerned with who's doing what to who,and where there going later. read more

I just stopped in on my way to catch the train and was in and out in less than 5 minutes! This was really surprising considering I expected a breakfast rush at 7:30am. The new rewards key tag really speeds up the checkout process so you don't have to to deal with the slow and terrible Wawa app, but can still get your rewards points for the order! I placed my order on the computer touchpad, then checked out at the register, and only waited by the food counter for less than a minute before my order was ready. There were plenty of other people in the store, but this Wawa kept the morning orders running smoothly. I love Wawa in general and am a regular customer at the Wawa closest to my house, but today was the first time I've been in this one and the service was quick and the people were friendly. The employee making the food called my number and told me my drink would be over there(and pointed although I am no stranger to picking up wawa orders), then sent me off with a friendly "have a nice day," and when I got to the drink pickup counter, I was met with the same friendliness and speed. Like I said, I love Wawa, and I've been to plenty where the food is just left on the counter for you to come find with little to no employee interaction, but I felt the employees went the extra mile. A few kind words really go a long way, especially when it causes you to take a second and breath when you're rushing to catch a train :) If you're looking for a review of Wawa in general though, the 5 stars holds strong. I made a point to review this specific Wawa because their great customer service brightened my morning, but you can find awesome employees at any Wawa. Even the employees of the Wawa closer to my house all know my order and ask me to say hi to my family whenever I'm in there. The food is always great. There is a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner foods, as well as snacks and grocery items. Their gourmet hot chocolate is delicious, and even though most Wawas have a sign by the sizzilies that says they're only offered in the morning, I have never been turned down when asking someone behind the counter if they could make one for me. read more

I have never received service this terrible before. I went to wawa yesterday for something very simple. I was just trying to put about $20 of gas in my truck. So I did the usual, I pulled in, parked and rolled down the window. and handed $20 to one of the people managing the pump. He simply took the money said "I'll be back in a second." so I waited for about 15 minutes only to have a group of about 3-4 employees, telling a didn't pay for the gas I just asked for! so I had to pay an extra $20 (on my card) just so that things wouldn't escalate. Sometimes I ask myself why I review places like Wawa when very little will deviate from a standard established by a corporate office. Gas is always competitively priced here and the gents working the pumps are always quick and friendly. I never wait in line to fill up. I also never wait in inside when I pop in for a quick snack or cuppa coffee. Always efficient service inside as well. Exiting the parking lot to travel east on the White Horse Pike can be difficult but it's definitely manageable so long as you're not a daredevil. read more

I don't think Wawas should ever get anything less than 5 stars - they're simply too amazing to receive anything less. The hazelnut coffee here is even better than Dunkin Donuts and slightly less expensive as well. Their sandwiches taste really good and they offer multiple sizes (even a shortie size for those who just want a small snack). Milkshakes that come from that auto-machine are the BEST. Select your flavor, pop open the top, slide it into the holder and then just select the consistency you want your milkshake. In less than 2 minutes - voila! You've got an awesome milkshake :). read more

SO. I live literally. LITERALLY. Across the street from this Wawa. I've been going to this Wawa for a while and have had no reason, good or bad, to write a review...until today. First time in since the renovation but the workers are still very familiar. I get to the cash register to pay for my order with a familiar worker (who will remain unnamed). She seemed annoyed which could be from the line which is fine no need to talk to me, just cash me out and I'll be on my way. I get up there and stick my debit card in. The screen said, "transaction cancelled, remove card." I remove it and she sighs and says you have to do it again. The screen has gone black, but she's saying stick the card in. As I was trying to tell her about the screen, she cuts me off and says to stick it in. I stick it in again and big surprise, it doesn't work. She says to me "well I don't know what to tell you" as if she's already sure it's my card that's the problem. I AGAIN tell her the screen is black. Guess what she asks me? "Is it a chip? Are you sure you're putting it in the right way?" -_- I show her the chip and she says "oh I can't see if it's there or not" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? I tell her again the screen is BLACK. Once it reboots, I put my chip in and would ya lookin there?! It worked. I cannot. read more

I usually love Wawa, but I had a bad experience at this location. Dana wasn't friendly and could seem to careless that their signs about the milkshakes were misleading. I didn't want a discount, but an apology fit the sign being misleading would have sufficed. read more

I called to see what kind of soup they had. The man who answered the phone seemed aggravated and I heard him shouting to someone "what soup do we have?" He told me and as I was saying Thank you he hung up..So I went in to get dinner and I heard a man tell someone to do something, I recognized his voice so I turned to see who was the rude man that answered the phone, his badge said his name was Stanley and he was a manager..Wow!!! I never would of thought that a manager would of been so unprofessional, unfriendly and just plain Rude...Got dinner and went to check out.. I asked the clerk how to add money to the app.. I just downloaded it and wasn't sure how to do it.. She said I don't know!!! I said maybe I just hit this...Again she said I don't know!!! She was nasty and not helpful at all...I know it's hard to work with the public but really!!! You shouldn't treat your customers like they don't matter :( The soup was horrible!! I won't be back and will be sure to tell my friends and family. They definitely need to be retrained!!! Customer service is the Pitts!! PS.. A manager should know what is going on in his store...He shouldn't of had to ask what the soup was, he should of known. Royal Farms here I come :) read more

Was reading the reviews and saw what Ashley L. wrote. I live & grew up around the corner from the wawa in Lindenwold. On the street behind where the old wawa was years ago. But I wanted to say to Ashley was the worker was probably the same one that is always rude to me! I've even told the supervisor about "her" because I go in there so much & don't appreciate "her" ignorance each time I visit. It seems "she" is friendlier to the men! I'm disabled, so I may be a tiny bit slower than others in doing things. One time, just as I grabbed my change and went to put it in my purse, I was told to "move aside so I can take care of the next customer". Other times I've been ignored by "her", or spoken to rudely. Pretty much every time I've been in there and she's cashiered. Lots of times I get a carton of cigarettes, & she always says "I don't have that many, your gonna have to take what I have". Or "...don't have a carton, is 10 pks ok?". And so many times I've wanted to react by saying..."Are you stupid...that's the same amt as a carton!?" Only cause she does it every time!). She's never friendly to me, & you think as much as I go in, get the same 2-3 things, she wouldn't seem surprised at what I've asked? Its cause she ignores me and wants to talk to the male customers. I'd also like to tell her "This is "my wawa", I've been around here longer than you...now smile & use some manners!". The other employees have been very nice, friendly, & helpful at "my wawa" in Lindenwold. lol read more
