We pay and eat in the car before heading over the bridge. My coffee was horrible. Bitter. My Sizzli Bagel, even thought it was hot and looked like a beautiful sight to my eyes, my taste buds said otherwise. This sandwich had a weird off taste. Pork Roll is my go to breakfast meat! I was able to pick up a fresh seeded loaf of bread for $2.59 this morning on my way to work for this evening's dinner. I was pretty happy about this random turn of events. They also will special order for you up to 7 pm the night before to have ready for pick-up the next morning. 4 stars alone for this service. I only wish I had known about this sooner. It's a trek to get decent bread from anywhere from my house. At 8:30 am they only had 3 loaves, so I'd suggest stopping in on the early side if you desire a loaf of chewy, crunchy goodness. Otherwise this is a standard Heritage's. Nothing fancy & it still looks the same as it did 20 years ago. No bells & whistles like the newly upgraded Super Wawa down the street, but it's a lot easier to get in and out of here on your way to 295 from Woodbury. And they feel more like a local neighborhood shop. I'm sure I'll be back just for that bread.

Also love their cow logo. Sometimes I buy lighters here just for that darn cow. For some reason I find the fact that the stores haven't changed much very comforting. It's not shabby, just kind of throwback in a good way. They have a deli counter for sliced lunch meat & sandwiches. There's the Heritage's line of dairy products etc. They have the usual convenience store stuff basically. And according to their website they have a milk club where every 7th gallon is free. Not a bad deal.
