Even though there was nobody behind me I was asked to park and they would be brought out. 15 mins later I still did not have my fries. Naija (new hire) was at the window and she had an attitude and said didn't my food already come out. When I told her that it hadn't, she closed the door and 5 mins later brought out 1 small fry. I told her that I did not order that and I want a refund. She rolled her eyes and slammed the window. After I started beeping the manager sherron came out, he refunded me. I thought I was eating a vegan burrito and then eating the french fries with the chicken I felt like I was eating rocks with soft mushy food. I will definitely not be recommending this place to anybody like it's funny because I was reading some of the reviews and they got some good reviews and then they got some horrible reviews and I was just like fuck I should've read the reviews first but now I learned my lesson thank you guys for the lesson of not ordering from here ever honestly I was better off ordering McDonald's then ordering from this place like that of a lot and it's not like I had high hopes for this players like the pictures look great and they did not meet their fucking expectation. They have so many staff and even more "wouldn't hurt" during their busy rushes. The workers need more space to work and process orders more easily. There needs to be shelving with a good system in place for the worker managing work orders to work with as the counter space without an organizer makes it harder to remember whose is who. Drinks and food can be a challenge because of the dimensions of size of various items.
