Lots of negative reviews, but I had a positive experience here. I was in the area for a bowling tournament and my friend wanted a coke and fries, specifically from McDonald's so I took a quick trip to pick them up. Plenty of parking in their lot, including curbside pickup spots and 2 drive through windows. Inside was clean and this is the first McDonald's I've been to with the kiosk ordering system. You could still order at the counter but I wanted to try the kiosk. It was quite intuitive and I could customize my order easily. I wanted to try the big arch so I ordered the meal with large fries and coke. The sandwich was ok, I still prefer the simplicity of the quarter pounder, but it was good. 15$ for the meal is a bit pricey for fast food, but I guess that's a sign of the times. The girl that delivered the food at the counter was very friendly and personable. Everything was hot and the fries as usual were delicious. read more

I should have checked Yelp before I stopped by this location. I was looking for a quick meal in the area and the Wendy's across the road was closed. I got in the drive-thru line to place my order. I wanted to try the new spicy crisp chicken sandwich so I opted for the Medium size meal with fries and a Diet Coke (I'm working to reduce my overall sugar intake). After placing my order I moved up to the first window to pay for my meal and the young lady at the window never greeted me, repeated my order back to me, or repeated my total. She just stuck her hand out the window for my money so I repeated my order and asked her what my total was. From here, I moved to the next window to pick up my food. My soda apparently had a hole in the cup but the server quickly noticed this and replaced it with another soda. I checked my bag to confirm that I had the right sandwich and fries. What I failed to do was confirm my fries were hot. I was irritated that I had cold fries to go with my hot sandwich but pressed for time, I let it go. Yes, it is harder to get to because it's not right off the road/a little hidden, but you can figure it out. Best service I've ever received at a McDonald's!! Both window (payment and food) associates were very friendly and quick! Food was normal - no complaints. read more

If I could give this less then 1 star I would. I just had a horrific experience in the drive through, where the employee in the second window not only had a disgusting attitude, he was disrespectful and used profane language infront of my 3 year old duaghter and father, all because I requested barbecue sauce, that was not placed in my daughter's happy meal in the first place. He first requested the meal back, implying that I was lying, and when I went to comply he said "nevermind I don't have time for the s**t and the proceeded to very rudly toss me the sauce packet. I know I shouldn't have high standards for McDonald's but this one is the worst. The prices are already high and the frappes have an additional surcharge. The large is almost $5 and at that point you should just buy a real coffee from a coffee shop. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and the frappe on the mobile app. I wanted hash Browns but for $1.50 when it used to be 2 for a dollar, I couldn't justify it. I arrive and park to go in to pick up my order. All the doors are locked. Even though I see a customer in there, no one let's me in. This is a 24/7 establishment mind you. So I get in my car and drive through to pick it up. The lady is so rude and short with me. I try to let her know the doors are locked and she was like "whatever". Pretty certain they leave them locked in purpose. I get my food and leave. It was the worst. The frappe tasted like it came from a dirty machine and had a gross flavor to it. The biscuit was so stale and cold even though it was only 7am. It was gross. However, I'm in town for a conference and don't have much time so I decide to go back the next day because there aren't many choices that early in the morning. I place a mobile order and try to redeem my points. I have enough points for two hash Browns but apparently you can only redeem points for one item at a time. What a rip off. I earned those points so I should be able to use them whenever I feel like. Anyways, doesn't matter because I get there and this time decide to go through the drive through to pickup the order. I pull up and the same lady rudely goes "we're closed" and I'm like "what do you mean you're closed. This is a 24/7 facility so you're never closed. I placed an online order and I checked your hours." She goes "our system is down." I had to cancel my order and now I'm short on time so I find a burger king across the street and go there instead. Sounds like they always have an excuse to be closed after reading the rest of the reviews. I don't know how they even stay in business like this. I pulled into a parking spot and ordered for burger king and while I'm doing that I just see the employee leave and walk across the street. No one in the restaurant at all now at this 24/7 facility. I can't believe the manager even pays these "employees" to work there. They have attitudes, no customer service skills, less than zero education, and can't do the basics. If I were the owner, I'd be pissed my money was flying out the window when my employees are messing around and saying the restaurant is closed and they are being paid but the business is bringing in no money. The owner would make more money if he just closed the restaurant entirely because at least then he wouldn't be paying loser employees and electricity bills. Spent roughly an hour in the drive thru. Apparently, a lady threw a temper tantrum and decided to hold up the line. Her fries were not up to standard, and according to the employee, she was given 4 different orders to try to fix the problem. She decided to block the drive thru lane and turn her music up all the way. I must say, the fries tasted a day old, were cold, and had almost no salt. Absolutely awful. I also order a triple cheeseburger, only one of the patties was actually on the bun, the other two almost completely off. Looked like someone smeared a burger across the wrapper--yum. Also, as you could probably guess, they were "not serving ice cream or frappe products right now" when we went. It seems like every McDonalds tells the same story these days--why not just take it off the menu? Hey McDonalds, we know you're copying Chic-fil-a with these chicken sandwiches--you're not fooling anyone, and it's not working. I don't understand how it is so hard for them to read. They need to start requiring that their employees have a diploma or at least a GED to work there because obviously they cannot read that this says no mustard. And they need to know that re heated fries dont fast like fresh fries. Quality over speed! If rather wait in a long line and get fresh food than wait in a long line and get terrible food. This has to be the worse Mc Donald's on the planet today's date is Sept 28, 2019 and the time is 11:38am this is the 3rd time they state they are closed today was due to an alleged power outage but they must of forgot to turn the lights off you can clearly see there's power in the restaurant. So I ordered from McDonald's through DoorDash and as you can clearly see from the grill receipt that it's a double bacon quarter pounder with cheese no bun. There is no bacon and I'm confused as to why they made a whole salad in the bottom of the container even putting the mustard in the bottom of the box. It's disgusting and makes no sense. Ordered two curbside breakfast orders this morning, with 25 minutes to spare before breakfast ended-one for me and one for my fiancé (we used our respective phones) and mine came out fine, but his did not come at all. Went into the restaurant with his receipt and they swore they never got it (he was charged and had a receipt...so....) and it wasn't until a refund was mentioned that his order mysteriously popped back up on the screen as being deleted. NOW since it was after 11 by the time this was discovered, the manager said there was no more Steak available, and my fiancé had to order lunch items. I see the employees running around laughing and one employee even looks directly at me. What a joke. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Twice in the beginning of April 2021 I experienced rude behavior from the host that was working the drive through window. For starters she kept interrupting me as I was trying to order by keep saying in a sarcastic tone, "...is that it." I tried to explain that I had a large order and to hear me out first but she ignored my recommendation and continued with the "is that it." i got chicken nuggets and fries when i got home like 10 minutes the chicken nuggets were hard and the french fries were so suggy. Everytime i go there they say that there milkshake machine is down but you can make it nicer or whatever but you cant even fix your milkshake machine. they cant even put a pack of apples in the bag.
