I cannot believe I am even writing a review, especially for a fast food place, but this needs to be…read moresaid. This Taco Bell is run by complete stooges. The staff is constantly running around like chickens with their heads cut off, and it is by far one of the worst food experiences I have ever had in my life. I've have never once been properly greeted or helped by anyone in this Taco Bell. The only possible way to order food from this location is through the app or the drive/thru. The staff is consistently rude and completely disengaged with the world around them. You get walked past, stared at, and they will even make eye contact with you, but no one says a word. No hello, no how can I help you, nothing. There are plenty of other food options on this road, for example the McDonalds just five minutes down the road. Go literally anywhere else, and compare the service you get there with the service you get at this Taco Bell and you'll see what I'm talking about.

I usually get 1 thing every morning omw to work, and thats a celcius. Not only are they always out of them; they only carry bad flavors, the runts of the "variety pack" if you will. So theres that, but the real reason for this comment is to mention a person named "Frankie" that works at this establishment. He may he one of the loudest people ive ever made contact with. He speaks face to face with somebody but his outside voice doesnt go away, it almost feels like he intentionally speaks at such volume to make his pressence known to everyone on the other side of the building. Even the cashier today seemed frustrated at Frankie. Now normally i dont judge, but ive overheard a loud conversation with mentions of some kind of Drug or substance, during buisness hours during another past expierience. But it was loud enough for the whole premece to listen. Not a good look Frankie, pipe it down and let these people enjoy their morning without having to listen to your obnoxious loud voice, talking about anything other than work usually. These are customers, not festival buddies. Quiet please

I have my moments where I really want Wendy's chicken nuggets and fries with their BBQ sauce. I love their BBQ sauce and I use so much of it on the nuggets and fries. Must be nostalgia. I have gone to so many Wendy's and people have a hard time grasping "extra BBQ sauce please." When I ask for more, I often get an attitude. I'd even offer to pay for it. I use like I sauce per nugget... I like their sauce that much for some weird reason. And I use it for the fries too!!! It seems like people would be judging and getting annoyed. I don't judge for dipping fries in frosties. This was the only location that actually understood extra sauce and were very nice about it so I appreciate the moral support.

I went earlier today after going to the Home Depot and the people were friendly & courteous, especially the drive through! My order as hot as it was when I went there a couple of times before and my change was given to me and was told thank you so many times! At Deptford drive through they just hand you your order without a smile or a thank you! I really don't eat fast food often(Wendy's beats McDonald's by a mile too) but I'm always going to Wendy's in Lawnside from now on when I do get fast food.
