I have had multiple problems with Cropwell Pharmacy. They keep telling me the doctor never called to refill a scrip, when I know from the 26 years I've been dealing with my doctors, that's incorrect. The problem has been ongoing. Today was the final straw... I called the pharmacy twice in the last few days to find out if my warfarin refill was there. The doctor had given me only 40, since I needed my INR levels checked first. That was done Tuesday. When I specifically asked if the ENTIRE script was there, I was told yes. Fast forward to today when I went in and discovered it was NOT the entire script, it was only forty. When I started questioning them about the wrong information I was given, I was told I was abusing the employees. I did not curse or swear, I questioned why they got it wrong again. After no cursing on my part, the owner called me "an asshole" and told me to take my business elsewhere, which I have already done. May I suggest if you're using this pharmacy, do what the owner says...take your business elsewhere!!

I visited here several times during my visit to the area in October 2019, with my most recent visit there being on October 7, 2019. The overall layout seems similar to other CVS Pharmacy locations I have been to. The pharmacy portion is at the back. The store was clean, well stocked, and well maintained on the inside. One of the reasons I was in here several times was to get different things for a cold. I had come down with a cold after completing ten nights of cruising on the Disney Magic. I had gotten some homeopathic ones, as well as some Aleve-D Cold and Sinus. Since I needed to get that part at the pharmacy section, I got everything was going to get and then finish up there. The pharmacy person I talked with there was great. She talked to me about some of those homeopathic items that they really don't work as well, and said I would be better off not getting it. Ultimately, I ditched those items, but still went with the Aleve-D Cold and Sinus. It is rare these days to have someone say not to get something. Normally it's the other way around, where they try to get you to get as much as possible. She really had my best interests at heart there, and this was what bumped my rating up. Overall, I had excellent experiences while visiting the area. I would not hesitate to come back to this CVS again in the future if I am in the area. You can't go wrong when you have a great experience and great service.

Stokes called me and stated they would prepare the prescription and paid up front over $260. After almost 2 weeks of not receiving any information or the prescription, I call Stokes for them to tell me that they ran out of the ingredients to create his medication, and had to wait for a shipment. At no time did anyone from Stokes contact me or my wife to give us this information. Nor despite claims when I called them, did they email me any information. So calling this morning they say they are in the process of making it and it would go out by Wed.. When I asked about expedited delivery since their "Running out" has already delayed my cats medicine two weeks, they declined saying "We don't do free upgrades". When I said this is not a free upgrade, this is customer satisfaction for your lack of communication and delay in the medication. I was then hung up on by Stokes.
