The pharmacist Andrew went out of his way to help me with a prescription that I was having trouble getting ordered correctly. I would have never spoken to him had the pharmacy tech not been focused on being right instead of trying to help me solve my problem. He was very kind and actually seems to be concerned about my health and the consequences of me not getting access to my medication. Five stars for Andrew. THANK YOU! #1900!!! I've been here three times this week for three different things. I dropped off a fed ex earlier this week. Second, I used the atm. Third, booster shots for me and hubby. Phizer (formulated to guard against omicron). There were different clerks but one stood out, Adolfo, who managed the line; the pickups for medication (there were quite a few) and vaccinations (us). He was nice, efficient and demonstrated great customer service. He didn't crack under pressure. Thank You! We got back to back appts for our boosters this weekend, just in case, adverse side effects. EXCEPTIONAL, CARING employees!!! Store #11899 I had to get a photo gift picked up at this store from my online order. I needed the closest address to two cross streets. That is how it started. I am so thankful it was this store, 11899. It was a whole process to be sure the payment was put thru. Amelia W. helped me on May 30th. Reyna C. helped me on May 31st. Amazing how they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. This item wasn't expensive, but it was a very personal, heartfelt gift. If only these employees could be cloned. I was in retail for 15 1/2 years and in Management so I know what this means for business. A couple of guys there were also helpful in getting me to the right people and answering questions. This Walgreens is located across the street from an Arco gas station on Fort Apache. This location has a lot of parking for all their customers and it was very clean. Upon entering the store I was greeted with two warm hellos from an employee behind the make up counter and check out. After I picked up what I needed and returned to check out the employee asked me how was my day and told me to stay cool on this hot day. If I need anything else, I will defiantly come back to this location because of the remarkable customer service. read more

To whom it may concern. On 3-23-24 my sister an I went to Walgreens on sunset an Fort apache to get poster size pictures for out younger sisters funeral. Our younger sister Brittney passed away on Valentines 2024 lost her battle. A lady approx 5'3" is has brown hair and tattoos (walgreens employee) I do not know her name. But she helped us , she helped get the best pictures possible, we didn't know how to clean pictures up after you make them larger. She flew through. She noticed my older sister an I getting emotional and we told her why , I noticed the Lady had glossy eyes and she told us about her brother being in the hospital an not knowing if he would make it. She told us to give her about 10 or 15 mins she would have them ready in the frames we picked out. We came back an she was finishing up the last one as she didn't like the finish product on the first one that got printed so she made a new one. During a time when my older sister and I where very emotional. Had been about 5 weeks with out my sister the lady showed there is still good people. The companion, caring, and connection I believe we all felt that she gave to strangers ment the world to us. This walgreens is the store I use. I will thank you in person. My family an I thank you I form the bottom of our hearts. To walgreens powers to be , I run a company so I know how important special people are. She should have the highest position maybe yours as people like this lady are rare. read more

My new Go-to pharmacy for quick accurate refills however the store manager is not the best with running things. The Pharmacy has a terrific ordering process that I wish was a standard for all Walgreens locations. If they do not carry something, they generally accommodate and because of this, I drive past 2 closer Walgreens stores and come here instead. The store has sales on soda a lot however they never have enough on the shelves. Several times I've has to ask if they could bring more product out from the back, which they only bring 2-3 of instead of refilling the display. I appreciate that I've received help bringing things out from the back (storage) so I could purchase them and even received help loading stuff in to my car once. However when I called and told the manager how I appreciated the assistance I was met with her having a dismissive attitude. I think it's because my compliment was due to the store not keeping their shelves stocked and how employees were always running in the back to get stuff. Oh well. Walgreens Food Complaint; I bought some Walgreens Halloween Candy Corn here and it was disgusting! After one bite I threw away the 2 for $4. Bins I got. Never again will I buy Walgreens brand food! Yuck! Pharmacist Complaint; The older grey hair pharmacist displayed judgment of a successful medication regimen that I've been on for over 4 years and I find that very disrespectful. I'm not sure why the for the 2 stars. I get people love to get on here to complain but I'm here to say this is by far the best costumer service I've ever had had a pharmacy. I wish I had the name of the woman that helped me today but see was kind and didn't roll her eyes, didn't get attitude. She was actually really helpful and efficient. I am writing in regards to a VERY RUDE pharmacist "Matt". From this point forward I will refer patients to any other pharmacy in this area before sending another patient to this location. I am writing from a Dr's office, and we write prescriptions all the time. In this case it was an emergent situation and the pt was undergoing a procedure in the minutes to follow. Our ERx program updated and then did not allow us in the program because our computers are outdated, where we are now updating this summer. I called the number listed online and phoned in the prescription to a pharmacist. with explaining the situation we were in and he easily took my verbal because the Rx was a category C2 not a C3 medication and assured me there was not an issue. Moving forward the pt arrives to Walgreens to pick up and speak to "Matt". She explained that I called and she was there to pick up a medication for her surgery. He did rudely states that no one called him and that I was a liar, she then called me and I could hear him in the background calling me a liar, in total 3 times. I explained to the pt that I had called and phoned the Rx and it was not a problem. She was appalled at his whole demeanor and shocked he would call a Dr's office representative a LIAR, she left. Shortly after I received a call from the pharmacy just letting me know that the prescription was ready for the pt. I then asked what is the location of this pharmacy, he told me which was not this location. I explained, "I had called Walgreens on Ft Apache / Sahara, was it possible that I was transferred to another location by any chance?" He stated if I was in the automated system it could have very well rolled me over to another pharmacy with me knowing. So, "Matt if you knew this was at all possible, why would you jump to conclusions and assume I WAS A LIAR and sent a patient over to you just randomly picking up her prescriptions?" It would be best to be a good finder rather than let the public see such a negative attitude you have. You represent Walgreens, which is a huge cooperation. Recommended to re instruct how to communicate re: patient interactions and accusations! read more

HORRIBLE!! Don't go here. If you see a tech named Tanika, run for your life. Same with a pharmacist named Charles. After holding medication for ransom and me for over 2 hours, I was yelled at by Tanika once I had proven that she was entering the wrong insurance information through their system. The temporary pharmacist, Charles, refused to do anything about the situation and would not intervene even when she was yelling at me. If you value your time, life, self worth and happiness, do not go to this pharmacy while these people are working there. read more

They did not text or leave message when script was ready. I was told to come in and pick up all scripts. I get there, only 4 of 7 available but they said ALL were filled. The guy says "oh I'll get those for you, they're at Enterprise", I said ok and he says to come in in a few hours; I get there only THEN does he mention Enterprise is off site and they'll be there on Monday...What???!?!?!?! Then, they tell ME, well we have staffing shortage. I don't care about shortages I care about getting life saving medication that YOU told me was available. Staffing issues are a stores responsibility; If you cannot manage your orders because of this, redirect customers elsewhere you can't just keep them hanging. It is poorly managed, staff don't seem to be concerned and I don't trust them to make customers a priority. Saying I'm sorry doesn't fix high blood pressure or heart related complication, eye issues, etc., If I did my part by contacting Walgreens 5 days prior to needing the refill, they should do their due diligence and have my medication ready when they say they will, communicate with me when/if they do not or re-direct customers to a Walgreens that can handle it. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. JUST AWFUL!!! ZERO STARS.....ZERO ZERO..."what's wrong with these people???????? read more

My husband has been waiting for a prescription for his eye THAT HE NEEDS TO HELP HIM SEE and they apparently ordered it a week ago said 24 hours. 4 days later called the lady said they never ordered it so she did and it would be in the next day (today) I call the lady says their order just came in and it's on the invoice. We go hours later to pick it up and the workers were literally acting like it was their first day NO ONE HAD ANY IDEA OF WHAT WAS GOING ON! Moral of the story still didn't get his prescription. I moved to Las Vegas from L.A. at the beginning of August, and I needed to refill a script. I used Rite-Aid in L.A., but they have no locations in Las Vegas, so I went to this Walgreens, which is very close to where I live. They contacted my Rite-Aid pharmacy and were able to fill my script. When I came back to them to fill another script, the woman behind the counter told me that my prescription profile had been transferred to them from Rite-Aid, but the script I needed filled wasn't included, so she asked me to have my doctor send it to them. My doctor's office called me last Thursday and informed me that they sent the script to this pharmacy; however, when I came in on Sunday to pick it up, a different woman behind the counter informed me that the medication was out of stock, so my script couldn't be filled until Wednesday, a week after my doctor's office sent it to them! Since they received my script on Thursday, and the medication was out of stock then, why didn't they order it to be delivered to them on Friday, so I could have my script filled that weekend??? She also informed me that, contrary to what the previous woman told me, they had not received my prescription profile from Rite-Aid, so the only other prescription they showed in their system for me was the first one that they filled for me. This story gets worse. Yesterday, I took a couple medications I needed refilled to Phoenix Pharmacy, also on Ft. Apache. The pharmacist told me that she would contact Rite-Aid to have them transferred over; however, when I spoke with her on the phone this morning, she told me that... a) Rite-Aid doesn't have my scripts, because they transferred my profile to this Walgreens, and b) when she called this Walgreens, they told her that they don't have my scripts, either! Apparently, this Walgreens received my prescription profile and then proceeded to lose it! I had a nice conversation with the pharmacist at this Walgreens a couple evenings ago; however, I don't trust his staff to handle my scripts properly and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

This Walgreen's has the WORST pharmacy, customer service ever!!!! They never have your script on time, I was at the drive thru and was never acknowledged & this is while someone was at the window. I honked my horn & they didn't even look my way. There's ALWAYS an excuse why they don't have your meds. They don't follow directions, they even refused my and my neighbors paper script, saying it needed to be an e-script, which was not true & had to return with the same paper script. Don't even mention the ridiculous line at the drive thru or inside. I've only been dealing with this pharmacy since January of this year. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL period! The worst pharmacy I have ever been too. They take forever. There's time where I've spent 20-30 minutes on hold waiting for an answer and have gotten hung up on just to spend another hour trying to get a hold of them to have it happen again several times. I had to go see them in person just to have them refill a prescription and then had to wait until the next day to get it. I've also sat in their car line for way too long when there is only a few cars in front of me. I'm sure it's not the people, but they need to hire more pharmacists or do something better. Ive used this location daily for years.. The employees know me by name. The turnover recently is ridiculous. I know what time they open and what time they close. It's across the street from where I live... so it's simple to stop in. I stopped in at 15 mins until ten (closing time).... as I rushed in, the MANAGER was at the door. She looked hurried and in a TERRIBLE nasty tone- said.. "Hi, (looked at the clock above the door) we close in six minutes" and walked away. I know what time it is. Customers are why you have business. We also know when we have 15 mins to stop in and grab things! If you're wondering why your turnover sucks... look inward, and teach your managers that customers and employees are what keeps the doors open. I made my appointment for a Covid test at 3pm and when I got there they said their system was down and they told me to pull back around. I was in a hurry but I did it anyway because I needed to get my results and this is my closest Walgreens. The lead pharmacist told me he'd be giving me a rapid test for the inconvenience, but when I came back the next day because I didn't receive my results yet, they told me it was just a regular PCR test. While the retail store is fine, the pharmacy seems to run on optional hours, often closed earlier than posted and the attitude of the pharmacy staff is... an absolute joke! Hello well I had to go to the store to pick up medication weds and a young women by the name of Selena took very good care of me. My meds was not ready but she was really respectful and got it ready for me quick. And today is Thursday my son had surgery today so I had to pick up more medications for my son. So as soon as I walked up Selena the young lady from weds remember my last name to me that is really respectful and professional to remember the guest names. I stop here periodically when I need something I forgot somewhere else or couldn't find. I find their prices to be high compared to other chains unless you happen to hit a sale for the item you want. The store always seems a bit cluttered and even messy. There is often stock in plastic boxes on the floor waiting to be shelved. It's just not a pleasant place. read more

Came here for the second shot, so I would think they'd have it together by now... still the same. 2. The guy checking in COVID doesn't seem to know which one customer needs to fill out, turned out he missed tin informed us we need to fill out the mid section of the form, not just the bottom part, delayed the process. 3. When calling people for their turn, and saying their last name, please say it louder since you are wearing a mask and that filters out your voice. read more
