I will return to this store--even though it is not the closest one to me. The girl in the photo lab was so patient with me on doing canvas prints, and I had little knowledge on downloading pictures, so I returned 3 times in one day. She was nice and polite and cordial each time, and gave me invaluable advice and help. There are not many employees who give such good customer service as I received. I came here this morning to get my flu shot and pneumonia shot. I thought I set up an appointment at Walgreens but realized it was scheduled at CVS. Welcome to the Wednesday madness I had. So these two wonderful ladies Jessica and Jill were so kind and went out of their own way to say I'll call CVS for them to cancel your appointment and you can have your vaccines done here. I honestly greatly appreciate the customer service and the care these two ladies had for my mistake. I appreciate they took their time with me and stepped outside the box to go above and beyond for helping me out with my mishap. They are both sweet and so kind, and I would so come back here again just because of them. read more

the worst pharmacy. They continuously clear medicine without filing. Have given out the wrong drugs. Refused to refill or give medicine, forget to ship out medicine. Then when you call they consistently place you on hold for up to 30minutes read more

These people are overworked, just like every other restaurant and retailer. There are very kind people. There are people who are inconsistent in their joy and kindness. Why? Because people are nasty to them. They can only do so much with what they have. As for incorrect prescriptions: this has never happened to me. It is inexcusable. I have always used Walgreens as my main pharmacy but this location has me seriously rethinking that. This location is always incredibly slow and only has one drive thru lane open. I cannot understand why they are always so understaffed. It's so frustrating to have to go inside when you only have a quick pickup to complete. Super slow and very understaffed! read more

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!! Their pharmacy and workers are SO RUDE. Every time you come to pick up your prescription it's NEVER ready. They say it's because they have been busy all day but when I ask to sit and wait for it the pharmacist ROLLS HER EYES and tells me "Fine but it's going to be over an hour." They never help you. They cut you off when you're talking to them. I have not had ONE positive experience. Someone needs to do something about the rude and snippy pharmacists!!! read more

Beyond rude. Don't go here for a COVID test unless you want to be told "you just did that ALL wrong" and told to go ahead and leave.

It takes less than 5 minutes to hand a bottle of ear drops to a pharmacist to recheck. I was a pharmacy tech for 10 years. It does not take 3 hours to recheck a prescription for ofloxacin when you got the insurance at the time off of drop offs. Could hear my child screaming in pain and still didn't give a darn. Beware of the asshats in the pharmacy here! They all need to be fired and the store just needs to start over! read more

Solid basic Walgreens. Have all the stuff you need, this one is open 24/7 so that's convenient if you need scripts filled late. The front end is usually friendly, while the pharmacy is a bit hectic. You can tell from a mile away they are short handed and over worked but seem to try to make the best of it! read more

The pharmacy is brutal. They will not update you if they have been unable to contact the doctor or insurance company on any issues. They will tell you they ordered a prescription and we ALWAYS find out days later it was never ordered. We are moving all prescriptions away from this place. read more
