I just so happened to be visiting Matthews after a recent move and when I pulled up was having troubles with the payment machine due to my error...and a sweet guy name Phil came to assist me.... but the funny thing about it was I had been going there on their monthly special for sometime now over a year and just the fact that he knew me and was asking where had I been? I mean it was just so nice to know that the old Customer Service still stands strong where businesses knew all of their patrons by face or name...THANK YOU so much Phil for being so cordial and kind and making my day! There was noticeable dirt left behind. Compared to another local car wash used next day on another white car, which took complete care of a similar layer of grit, this didn't quite take the ticket.
