I mean it was just so nice to know that the old Customer Service still stands strong where businesses knew all of their patrons by face or name...THANK YOU so much Phil for being so cordial and kind and making my day! I've never had a problem with vacuums not working, but every now and again the floor mat washer is out of service. The kids who work there are very friendly and helpful. Love this car wash! A solid 3 -- I almost inched up to 4 because the employees were smiling, courteous and energetically sprayed the car before entry in the drive-thru, so human element was good but stuck with 3 because the mechanical part did not thoroughly wash my car. There was noticeable dirt left behind. Compared to another local car wash used next day on another white car, which took complete care of a similar layer of grit, this didn't quite take the ticket. We had a few weeks' worth of grime, so might be fine if just a light wash needed.
