I was going to give up and saw this place and thought well lets just drive by and see if one of their wash bays would be big enough to wash it there. We swung by and parked, went to check the specs, and the owner came out and made us feel comfortable about washing the rig there. The wash bay cleared the rig with no problems and now shes all clean. They told me that they were going to be able to get the water spots out. I got the car back Saturday mind you it was there from 8 AM. No one ever called me and I went there at 5:45 and my car was parked off to the side. and they never got the water spots out. Also the car was never vacuumed on inside or vacuumed on the seats or seats. Cleanne and I pay $246 and I have the nerve to give me only $88 back don't ever go to that place. Save your a head ache. Terrible Customer Service and the place has no phone number. You're calling the office and they don't answer your phone calls. They may call you back the worst ever.

Upon exiting the SolarShine Express Car Wash the vehicle was examined but no noticeable damage was found. Later that afternoon we observed a large crack in the windshield. A claim was filed with SolarShine and this was the response: Dear Mr. Moller, Thank you for taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention regarding your recent visit to SolarShine Express Car Wash. We truly appreciate the opportunity to review your claim. After carefully inspecting the vehicle and reviewing our camera footage from the time of your wash, we did not observe any malfunction or irregular operation of our equipment. Our wash system was functioning properly, and our brushes are designed with controlled, light pressure that would not cause damage to a windshield that is not already compromised. Attached to this email are photos showing what appears to be a rock chip in the windshield. The crack in the glass runs directly through this area. Unfortunately, even a small rock chip can significantly weaken the integrity of the windshield. When glass that has been heated by the sun is suddenly exposed to cold water, the rapid temperature change can cause the glass to expand and contract quickly. If a chip is present, this thermal stress can cause a crack to spread from that point. Based on our findings -- including the presence of the apparent rock chip and confirmation that our equipment was operating normally -- we are unable to accept responsibility for the damage and must respectfully deny the claim. We certainly understand how frustrating windshield damage can be, and this is not the outcome anyone hopes for. This is one of the best car washes I have ever been to and I know that's a big statement but it was…read moreeverything I was looking for the first time I went and is exactly the kind of car wash I've been needing for so long for a good full blown car cleaning. Every part of what this car wash offers is ACTUALLY all available 24/7 which is hard to find these days and its been impossible for me to make it to other car washes before closing which most around here close at 8-9 pm and start turning off the vacuums and lights like a whole hour before that on top of that!! Super helpful and convenient system for the wash part with great variety of options to use however you want or need to like different soaps / coatings/ cleaners / and if I remeber correctly I could be wrong, one of the things in the wash along with the pressure washer and soap sprayer, there's also a brush in there on a hose that sprays soap directly from the bristles as you go if you want it to. You have to use coins to pay for the time but they have something there already just for that where you can put cash in and get coins for the cash to use. And side note it was surprisingly a lot cheaper than I expected it to be and compared to other self serve washes. Mini store type vending machines there with all kinds of towels/ rags/wipes/ car cleaning wipes / protectors/ car interior stuff / air fresheners etc. And the vacuums actually work great have strong succ and even have options on them as well like scents and stuff the vacuum has for while you're using it in the car. Private area with a bunch of extra room on all sides of the entire property and just perfect. NOW- the reason I gave it 4 star instead of 5 and this is a pretty bad con and is so upsetting considering the place would be seriously perfect if it wasn't for this one super bad downside which is... the roaches yall. There's a lot of cock roaches running in and out of the grates in the ground and just everywhere you look. Not necessarily like infested but enough to make you not even feel comfortable using the vacuum because you're worried about one crawling into your car with a door open. Ugh it's one of the worst downsides there could be and I have an irrational fear of bugs especially roaches like unfortunately that dilemma has prevented me from going back there a few times when I wanted to sooo bad. A good extermination or something would make a huge difference in having a lot of repeat customers and new ones because that just throws off an otherwise awesome spot. I've only ever been at night maybe it's not a problem in the daytime I wouldn't know but I see there's no reviews on this place and I feel very strongly about it and went ham with a crazy long review. Maybe it'll help someone one day
