This was despite me leaving a 30% tip. To make matters worse, I had a very heavy trailer hitch on the rear floor, and instead of leaving it there, an employee moved it onto the leather bench seat. This caused damage to the leather in my $90k truck, which is completely unacceptable. As a business owner myself, I understand mistakes can happen, but I also believe the true test of a company is how they handle those mistakes. I immediately contacted Autobell the same day (with pictures) and received an auto-reply promising that someone would reach out once I provided my contact information (which I did). It has now been two weeks, and I have yet to receive a single follow-up. The money isn't the issue -- I don't expect any refund. What I do expect is accountability, whether that means correcting the work or at least ensuring it's addressed with the employees so it doesn't happen again. What made it more frustrating was watching three cars actively being wiped while three other employees just stood around. That type of oversight shouldn't happen when customers are paying for the highest service level. I rarely leave poor reviews, but given the damage to my vehicle and the lack of response after two weeks, I felt compelled to share my experience. I hope Autobell takes this as constructive feedback to improve both their service quality and, more importantly, their customer follow-up.

He and his technicians did an awesome job removing these tar-like balls from the outer layer of paint. Then they applied a ceramic coating to protect their work. I have had better carwashes at service station drive thru washes. Hardly any soap was sprayed on truck, the brush that was supposed to come down and wash hood and roof never came down. Unsure if any of the wax was sprayed on truck. Drying process is sad to say the least, shammy towel roller never came down. I pulled out of wash and drove to Solar Shine and got a real wash job. Needless to say I will not be going back, with or without coupon.
