I purchased Autobell's most expensive service and was left very disappointed. While most of the vehicle was cleaned, wiped, and vacuumed, the rear seat was completely untouched. This was despite me leaving a 30% tip. To make matters worse, I had a very heavy trailer hitch on the rear floor, and instead of leaving it there, an employee moved it onto the leather bench seat. This caused damage to the leather in my $90k truck, which is completely unacceptable. As a business owner myself, I understand mistakes can happen, but I also believe the true test of a company is how they handle those mistakes. I immediately contacted Autobell the same day (with pictures) and received an auto-reply promising that someone would reach out once I provided my contact information (which I did). It has now been two weeks, and I have yet to receive a single follow-up. The money isn't the issue -- I don't expect any refund. What I do expect is accountability, whether that means correcting the work or at least ensuring it's addressed with the employees so it doesn't happen again. What made it more frustrating was watching three cars actively being wiped while three other employees just stood around. That type of oversight shouldn't happen when customers are paying for the highest service level. I rarely leave poor reviews, but given the damage to my vehicle and the lack of response after two weeks, I felt compelled to share my experience. I hope Autobell takes this as constructive feedback to improve both their service quality and, more importantly, their customer follow-up. read more

Over the past year I entrusted Autobell to wash and detail both my Land Rover and now my Jeep. Each time they did a fine job with no complaints. Yeah for me! I understand they will soon be upfitted with the new vacuums at each detail station. Cannot wait. A couple of reviews are low due to unhappy service. I think tossing a business under the bus that does thousands of washes a year and misses on occasion is unfair. Has my "Give 'em a whirl" meter covered in suds on a warm, sunny day. this was the worst car wash I ever received, I could have done better myself, 30$ for half ass car wash, I should not be telling you how to wash my car when you get payed for it, i should not be walking around my car pointing out what you didn't get and you say "oh yeah" bc you missed it, you Have one job and can't even do it. with 0 quality, no wonder you guys were done in less than 10 minutes, that's was the worst experience at auto bell of my life. A convenient and clean car wash in Monroe. The young gentleman and lady helping were polite and courteous. They were quick to greet and tell the menu choices. My truck was washed sufficiently and basic. It is a basic car wash and simply a cleanup. But they were thorough and car cleaned very well. It's not a detail nor time consuming. I stayed amount 12-15 minutes. This is not an independent car detail person nor was it hours of service. So value for 4 workers and minimum cost. And I would suggest to tip the workers. They looked like All Students. They were dressed in Autobell Hats , Shirts , and Pants on a very hot day. read more

So I had my car washed and left, when I got home, I realized they keep my key. I call there phone number for 45 minuets straight..no answer..I had to call my son, who was at work to come home and let me in the house so I can get the spare keys to my car..When I arrived back at the car wash. They handed me my keys..no I'm sorry, for you inconvenience, no apologies, nothing...The fact that know one answered the phone for 45 minuets and no apology..very unprofessional.. you really can't complain about the car wash, since it's done by machines, but the customer service..Sucks.. read more

Had a gift certificate for the super poly wash (est. 29.99) and found the dog hair on my back seat wasn't vacuumed and there was dirt on the passenger door near the running board. I don't know if it was an off day, but this was ridiculous. read more

Went to this autobell yesterday and was helped at the register by Jaylan who helped me pick a wash package. Jaylan also was the one who washed my car. He did a stunning job on both the inside and outside. I was so shocked by how clean my floor mats were after the mat scrubbing. Jaylan did an awesome job on my car even going out of his way to clean my windshield twice after explaining to him about troubles I have with my windshield fogging. Will be returning! read more

This was perhaps the worst clean up job for the money that I have ever experienced. The carpet was not thoroughly vacuumed. There were spots on the seats that needed scrubbing. The shifter was dirty. A total waste of $50. Save your money and go to Jimmy Cleans. read more

Pretty slack bunch here. Managers special for $33.00 is not much better than the $4.00 ride thru. Didn't vacuum the back after I specifically asked for it. The armor-all was smeared on about 80% of the interior but they didn't touch the gauges on the panel or the steering wheel which still had dust in it. Didn't even touch the console. 5/13/18 - Paid a little over $12 and got home and bugs still all over the front of the car. Thinking back, I do not recall them spraying the bug stuff on the front before the car went into the wash. Granted, we should have checked the car before we left....but on the flip side, these guys are paid to do a job and one can assume said job will be done! Not this time. Total waste of $12! I can't believe I wasted $26.00 and still had to wipe off wet spots and request that they wipe dirt and grime from the body which they halfheartedly did but still missed some pretty obvious dirty spots. I had my car washed here last Monday. They did a fairly good job, not great, but when I got home I saw that they had over-extended the baby sun shade in the back seat, ruining it. The guy never even said anything about it. I regret giving him a $4 tip, and will pay closer attention next time. In addition, I tried to call the store, but was automatically transferred to customer service. They told me I'd have to file a claim with the individual store, which would mean driving another 8 miles to and from, since they don't answer their phone. Yes, this might seem petty, but I'm sick of getting screwed. I shouldn't have to buy another sun shade or spend my time driving back and forth because of some kid's negligence. He should have told me and made it right when I was there. Won't be back to that store. read more
