Let me start by saying I am a firm believer of hand wash only by my hand. I came across Raffi's Auto Detailing from a few friends and decided to just go and observe the process. The work is done indoors in a clean cooled spacey environment. Drains for the excess water, clean wash equipment. The crew meticulously works as one and seem to follow the quality over quantity approach (which sold me). I'm traveled from 50 miles further upstate and was not disappointed. His work ethic speaks for itself as GE is still eager to provide awesome customer service in a day were mist businesses are closed. Thank you Raff I to you and the crew. I am very happy. I made an appointment with Raffi's to detail my 2010 Mercedes GL450 and my 2014 Audi S8. Raffi called to confirm the day before and gave an ETA a couple hours before he was going to arrive. We had to adjust the appointment back an hour due to weather and he was fine with that. Both cars came out great. Raffi takes pride in his work and made sure everything was perfect on both of my cars. His pricing was very reasonable and he even adjusted down the pricing on the Audi S8 because it was pretty clean on the interior already. I would absolutely recommend Raffi's for your car wash/detailing needs. read more

I have a 2011 BMW Z4 in Alpine white. It is a beautiful car, but Raffi made it look spectacular! He really does treat your car like it's his own! I recommend the clay bar followed by the ceramic coating! My car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor! That includes exterior, interior, and engine bay... all flawless! I took my care for the full detailing to be done today. When I picked up car it was supposed to be washed, compounded and clay bar. Results were that the car was not COMPOUNDED and CLAY BAR. IT was just washed and spray waxed. Its not what I payed for. There were still dirt spots on roof and water marks all over car. Some scratches weren't removed either because it wasn't compounded. The interior windows were still very dirty. This guy tells you he does a FULL DETAIL but takes short cuts and just washes and spray waxes. Its cheaper to just take it to a car wash. Very dissatisfied. read more

I bought a groupon to have our 'new' used Sentra thoroughly cleaned and detailed. Raffi did a great job cleaning, waxing, de-greasing, vacuuming, and scrubbing every door jamb and every inch of the car by hand. He is a hard-worker and takes pride in his work. I bought my truck to Raffi's to get detailed and debadged. Worst mistake ever. First off Raffi told me it would take about 2-3 days for it to be done.. I show up the 3rd day and the truck was still not even touched. I finally got it back a week later. When I went to pick up the truck and looked around it there was still bird crap on the truck after they washed it. Where they removed the molding and emblems there were scratches and chipped paint. There was still adhesive all over my doors where the old emblems were. The new emblems were also crooked. I told him and he tried taking off the adhesive but ended up taking the truck back for another week to fix the chips and scratches and while the truck was there he would avoid my calls. It's almost impossible to get in touch with the guy. His manager Eddie was the only one who I could get in touch with and was very helpful. Finally after I got the truck back it looked like he literally took nail polish and touched up the paint chips. Couple weeks after I got the truck back I washed it and now there is a yellow line going across the doors where they removed the molding. My truck is white and you can notice it. If you care about your vehicle and don't want it to be damaged DO NOT BRING IT TO RAFFIS. Never will I ever bring any of my vehicles to him again. He talks a good game when you first meet him and set up your appt but he can't back up his work. I'm disgusted with the work they did. Went there for a handwash as I was not interested in the raised prices from my regular carwash guy I have been going to for awhile . I was met by a young guy who I asked how much a handwash was? He replied, "25, 30 , $35.. all while smiling oddly to me . I said ," I dont understand, which is it?" He then replied the same answer when i asked again. I then just parked and went inside to speak with management. I approached a woman and asked if she was management and she replied yes. I explained to her that the guy outside gave me three different prices for a hand wash which seemed strange. She said the hand wash would be $25. I mentioned to her that her employees might not want to give pricing out , if they are unsure. It could possibly deter a customer away when not given the proper details. She told me Rafii would be back later as he was doing an errand. I was hesitant to get my car cleaned because I was only used to Raffi cleaning it before. We continued to talk and I also spoke about seeing different workers cleaning the cars at the business every time i come. We all want our cars to be properly managed , so this is why i asked if the 2 very young guys cleaning them were understandable of different car practices. I had my car cleaned by Raffi twice before and it was good a year back. To continue , Raffi showed up and I explained everything to him as I did to his wife as i now know. He wanted to know who gave the pricing and I did not tell him cause I did not want anybody to get in trouble. I decided , since Raffi came back that i would get it done. As I was I was LEAVING to go get cash from ATM, Raffi approached my car and decided to tell me , " I dont know if I want your business anymore?" He said he felt I was disrespecting his business by asking the questions I did. At no point was I abrasive , disrespectful , in any manner when i spoke to him, his or the employee. That really threw me off but i decided anyway to explain to him. I restated what i said only to let him know i was a customer and and just giving him a heads up on things. Nothing was meant to be disrespect ful to him or his business. Did I need to say that? .. no, but I did. I would think he would understand and appreciate feedback from people he is servicing. To me that was a turnoff. The mentality was really not good. I told him, i am sorry he feel this way and that he has potentially lost 7 new customers. read more
