The ear pods were not what she had expected so she wanted to return them for the money she paid. We asked the cashier if she would be able to look up the purchase through our CVS card #, she said she didn't know, she would have to call a manager. We waited an additional 5 or 6 minutes, no manager showed. She says to us... "He must be upstairs" as if we should just give up. She didn't even try to call him down again. We left because she really had an "I don't want to help you with this problem" attitude. I have been in customer service for more than 30 years. That is not how deal with customers.

I went to this Walgreens to get a passport photo on a USB port stick to apply for an Irish…read morepassport. The first try a nice young man helped me. I went to upload my photo on Ireland's passport web site and was told "Your photo has failed to meet the required standards.". So I went back the next day. A store manager helped me this time. What I noticed is that on the computer when selecting a country for the passport, Ireland was not an option. She tweaked my photo and gave me a new USB stick. I tied to upload this image again and received the same message stating my photo was a fail. So I had to go back to Walgreens today, for the 3rd time. Upon entering the store I asked the cashier for help in the photo department. It took at least 10 minutes for somebody to show up. I think 2 people were working this entire store. This woman today to was of zero help. She knew nothing about passport photos. I demanded my $25 back & went to CVS. CVS had the option "Ireland " for the passport photo!!!! I visited Walgreens today to print photos during their 50% off photo promotion. I asked an…read moreemployee, Michael, who mentioned he was new, how to apply the discount. He wasn't sure and called for the store manager. I waited about 10-15 minutes, but the manager never came. Since I understand the holiday season can be busy, I decided to shop in the meantime using a 20% coupon I had. About an hour later, I returned to check out and asked about my instant-print photos. Michael told me they still weren't ready because he didn't know how to operate the photo equipment, and he also didn't know why the coupon wasn't working. Another employee in the store said they couldn't help either. Michael called the manager again, and once again I waited -- but Jennifer never came. In the end, I paid full price for my items and left the store without my photos because no one was able to process them. My concern is how the company allows new employees to work without proper training, and how the manager seems unavailable to support either the staff or customers. Overall, I left very disappointed.
