There were a couple of customers in front of us, but what caught my attention was the staff member who was "helping" a young man at the photo kiosk. I assume that he was having a hard time. She wasn't very patient with him, and when another customer asked about how long it would be before they would be able to use the kiosk, she was very rude to her. Telling her that she would just have to wait because there was only one. Not only was she rude, but she looked like she just rolled out of bed. Her hair was all matted up and she was wearing an oversized t-shirt and shorts. Unprofessional!

I can print it for you. after waiting for approximately 10 minutes, a employee came over and helped me and it wouldn't print. she explained that i I would have to pay for the Print job, which was under a dollar, so I said that that's fine. After not being able to print the label, she said I think I can do it, but it's gonna cost you three dollars. I said no thank you I'm not gonna pay three dollars for a return item that is paid for by the company through UPS. So, I tried myself for another 15 minutes because something was more important to do. Finally a LEAD cashier or manager came up and basically with an attitude told me that the printer doesn't work. I asked her why hadn't trained or told the person up there to let customer's know that it wasn't working. With an attitude in her voice, she told me, "you can go to Walgreens."

The ear pods were not what she had expected so she wanted to return them for the money she paid. We asked the cashier if she would be able to look up the purchase through our CVS card #, she said she didn't know, she would have to call a manager. We waited an additional 5 or 6 minutes, no manager showed. She says to us... "He must be upstairs" as if we should just give up. She didn't even try to call him down again. We left because she really had an "I don't want to help you with this problem" attitude. I have been in customer service for more than 30 years. That is not how deal with customers.

After receiving a coupon from SingleCare for the shingles vaccine I went onto the CVS web site to…read moreschedule the vaccine. I originally called the CVS at Collier & 41 - Zip Code 34114, to confirm that my SingleCare coupon for the shingles vaccine was valid. The woman at that CVS pharmacy was so rude. I gave her all of the #'s on the coupon card and she said she needed some # that did not exist. So I called SingleCare and they confirmed my coupon for the shingles vaccine to be redeemed at CVS. I tried to call this CVS back repeatedly and they would not answer the telephone. So I now canceled that CVS vaccine appointment and rescheduled for CVS on Marco Island. I arrived on time & showed the lady at the pharmacy the SingleCare coupon for CVS. She appeared to be typing in all of the #s and then told me that "SingleCare rejected the coupon, and that I should call them." So when I arrived home I called them. I was told that CVS never entered he coupon, and that if it was rejected it would have shown up on my account as rejected. So I started this process all over again & I got a SingleCare shingles vaccine coupon to redeem at Walmart. I went to Walmart his morning and had exceptional service and received my shingles vaccine successfully! I am never ever going back to CVS.
