They also told me they could not check their other locations to see who would have this in stock, since they were also out. They claimed because it was a controlled medication. CVS is able to do this so why can they? Seems they need to learn their systems better, and a nicer attitude wouldn't hurt either.

When I finally got to speak with someone, I showed them my phone and the fact that I was still on hold WITH THEM, a call that had started nearly 40 minutes earlier while I was still at home. After talking to the person behind the counter - who was rude, condescending and completely not helpful - I left Walgreens and drove to the CVS a mile or so south, still listening to the "on hold" recording that promised someone would help me shortly. Did I mention this was my third call to this same Walgreens in two days and that my doctor's office had called them twice in the past 24 hours regarding this same issue? As I was walking into the CVS, someone actually answered the call that had kept me on hold for now almost an hour. (I was stubborn enough to see just how long it would take.) Answering the call, I explained that I was about to walk into the CVS to move my account there. Thankfully, I'll never have to deal with this particular Walgreens again.
