I arrived at Ulta around 1:45 pm and let the person at the service register know that I was there early at the request of my stylist and to move my 4 pm appointment to her OPEN 2 pm slot. Was told she would be with me shortly. At 1:58 PM I returned to the desk to let them know I was still waiting. Was told by this person that my stylist was finishing up her current appointment. I went to the restroom, came back and sat down to wait. At 2:20 PM I stood up and realized the stylist was working on a new customer! I looked around for someone to explain the situation and no one was available. I when to the front desk and informed the women who checked me in that I was leaving and not coming back! To say I was angry is putting it mildly. Here's the thing, if they or the stylist had told me that she got booked between her calling and me showing up, I would have been fine. I would completed some other task I needed to do and had planned on doing before my 4 PM appointment anyway. DO NOT waste my time! Go somewhere else
