She gave me a medium length haircut that cut off most of my damaged ends, and Instantly my hair looked and felt healthier, and had softness and shine. Once home and able to really check it over I found My melted hair was BLUE tinted that she promised would wash out after 2 washes (it's still there after 5). My hair breaks from the comb and was soft and healthy prior to this visit There is not one strand that is ash or silver. And there are chunks of long brown pieces that she didn't even bother to make sure were included in the foil! Toward the end of the whole process she had to get another stylist to help her figure out the coloring and what toner she should use and then help her TRIM THE HAIR AT MY NECKLINE! She says she has 10 years experience but she never did say she was good at her job. I cried all night. Now I am wearing scarves to cover until I can get it fixed. If I could have left less than one star I really would have. I did contact her about it and her response was that I was rude and she warned me that my hair could be damaged from the dye. She refunded me $40 of the total of about $160 I spent there that day. Take your chances going here....
