Well, conveniently I was booked with someone who did not qualify for the promotional balance. Didn't find out until it was time to pay in March after the service was performed. So I paid $250 for a 30 minute service that should've cost me $150. On a previous trip, I spent THIRTY ONE MINUTES booking a next appointment for a highlight. Not 31 minutes waiting, 31 minutes booking. It literally took her that long to find a time that worked with my stylist 3 months out. The front desk staff is totally incompetent and the business doesn't operate with integrity. So disappointing.
