They gave her meds to calm down before surgery like a benzodiazepine just enough to relieve stress and anxiety.which is great because my daughter suffers from anxiety and depression pretty bad so this made things better for her and me. She was experiencing migraines from the teeth so we were so happy they were able to get her in a month ahead of schedule. The staff were very friendly and supportive. Very clear instructions on how to help my daughter. They also gave her antibiotics and steroids and pain medicine so I feel like he did a great job. I'm thankful for how efficient they were with everything from medication to time management. I have already recommended them to several people.

My adult daughter did well with tooth extraction. She had issues and they had her come back in…read more She is a disabled adult. Dr. Brown was rather condescending and upset her telling her it was her it was her bipolar talking/ thinking. Anyway she left loud and upset. The worst is that after we left, a patient waiting got so upset that she came out to tell us she left after staff joked and laughed in the lobby, including Dr Brown and remarked about her mental health issues. Out loud mentioned her BPD. Talk about Hippa Violation. They would not let me speak with anyone cause Hippa Regulations. The witness was so upset. We did not know her but when she came and told us she said she'd never go there again, that my daughter's disability is not her fault. She had no other way of knowing my daughter had a disability. Do not recommend at all. Worst treatment of a disabled person I have ever witnessed. Obviously they violated Hippa announcing her condition.

After the brief niceties and introduction, I proceeded to get a 5 minute lecture about drinking diet soda and how it was "terribly for my teeth and kidneys", how I was "addicted to soda", and suggested that when I came back in I would not have reduced my soda intake because of this addiction (I put on the questionnaire that I drank roughly 3 cans a day). While there is truth that soda can harm your teeth (and I have no problem with my dentist giving me advice to better my health) I found the way she said these things very condescending and accusatory. I would prefer someone who is much more personable. To note the positives, the dental assistant that worked with me for a majority of the visit was very kind, helpful, and friendly. I only waited a minute or two before being called back and only spent a couple minutes by myself in the patient room. (I feel compelled to add that my wife went last week and waited over 45 minutes.) I have an appointment again soon to get some cleaning and cavities filled. If quality of dental work is good, I can put aside the personality issues. Here's hoping.

Having had a another root canal before, I was expecting to have the tooth tapped and tested with cold water. But I was stunned when they put scalding water on the tooth but she missed and the water hit my back gum. Then she gave me a rod and asked me to hold it and said she would tap the tooth to run a charge from a battery through the tooth. When I felt the pain I was to drop the rod. That seemed really odd and left me feeling they were very incompetent. The assistants went to get Verhelle and he was very rude ... accusing me of acting like I knew more than he did. No one had explained the process for the electric charge. I walked out without any further work being done on my tooth even though I was charged more than $200. I've talked with several dentists since then who said they have never heard of that procedure and those who have heard of the procedure don't know anyone who practices it.

Left horrible jagged vertical scars from the base to the nipple. Had internal bleeding, the nipples were stitched back on uneven and off centered and now look terrible. Also lost permanent feeling and no sensation even after 2.5 years. The doctors horribly botched the work and was told payment would be required for correction. Don't go to these butchers. Go somewhere else
