The new call the customer back makes it so you can not talk to an employee concerning meds when you have time. You have to wait for who knows how long to talk to them. This new AI BS customer service with all businesses is the worst I've ever seen in my life. So now I have to be tied to my phone for an unknown amount of time so they don't have to answer the phone to provide customer service in a timely manner.
