I transferred a prescription online from the Hudson location due to being out of stock. when I went to check on it and told them how I transferred it they insisted this can only be done by phone, even after I showed them on my phone the order was processing, and I have done this before with different locations for the same medication. They also told me they could not check their other locations to see who would have this in stock, since they were also out. They claimed because it was a controlled medication. CVS is able to do this so why can they? Seems they need to learn their systems better, and a nicer attitude wouldn't hurt either. read more

This place obviously has an issue with management because the reviews are looking the same. The pharmacy needs a management review immediately based off their POOR customer service, incompetent information, and unorganized staff. When people are trying to pick up their medicines they don't have time to deal with misinformation as well as stinky attitudes. This place will be reported to the better business bureau how they are handling their customers and the customers medicine. I will personally check back in to see if this customer service has improved as well as your poor communication with your customers. Do better and respect your customers because THEY are whats keeping you guys in business. I will return with names if no improvement has NOT been made! Stop being insensitive, unprofessional and unorganized. Have a blessed day! read more

I don't understand why Walgreens run out of medicines. I was told the medicine I take nightly was on back order for over a week. I am on oxygen, have cancer, have 60% blockage in my arteries, should I go on there's a list. So what is the hold up on my Lorazepam. read more

The other thing: So as we pulled in we saw a couple folks leaning on a pickup with a trailer on which a motorcycle was strapped down hard, and in the back of the truck are two kinda low slung lawn chairs. Two other people walk up to them and they all appear to exchange pleasantries when two of 'em gets up in the back of the truck and sits down in the chairs while the other two get in the cab, start the truck, and drive off with their "friends" in back in totally unsecured lawn furniture... guess you have to know your priorities.

We jumped through so many hoops trying to get the medicine I truly needed. This went on for weeks, then we were told one day they had it in stock but when we went to get it the very next day we were told they had been out of it for a long time and had no idea when it would be back in stock. Basically we were lied to. My daughter was always treated rudely by one employee when she would go in to get my refills. It was ridiculous to treat someone this way. Finally upon realizing we were lied to, I moved my account to the Wal Mart Pharmacy and I had my diabetes meds the very next day. No hold ups, no problems of any kind. It has truly been an awful experience, but we kept giving them the benefit of the doubt until it was putting my health in danger. Thank you to the staff at the Walmart Pharmacy.
