It's a typical Asian-owned beauty supply with everything from soup to nuts. A large variety of beauty products for African-Americans, clothing, a huge supply of wigs in various forms (human hair, lace-front in human/synthetic hair, synthetic hair, afro-puffs, ponytails, etc), Bundles of hair (braided, loc, loose). Hair scarves, hair ties, hair accessories, hair rollers, hair appliances (pressing combs, blow dryers, curling irons, etc.). Nail supplies galore. Facial products. Items for a beauty salon. Chemical products (hair color, hair removal, hair processing). Jewelry, shoes, purses, hats and snack foods. I'm probably missing something. I don't know if they style wigs. I do not believe they do. You have to purchase a wig cap before trying on any wigs. It's a great store and they keep it fully stocked. (They do have some issues with rude, loud folks...so please know they are doing their best to provide the best customer service at the same time keeping an eye out for crooks/thieves). The only time he backed off was when he noticed I was on my phone looking up recommendations! I have never felt so disrespected while simply trying to shop! As a Black customer, the way I was treated left me feeling profiled and singled out! It's disturbing to experience this at a business that depends on and serves the Black community! If management thinks this is an acceptable way to treat paying customers, they should expect people to take their business elsewhere! No one should have to feel intimidated or humiliated just for walking into a store!

So now I have 4 packs of the wrong color hair sitting in a box in the corner of my living room. So disappointed that I didn't even get a response. Why have a return policy - which is really restrictive - if you're not going to follow it even when your customers do??
