They appeared to have a large selection(see photos). They had a sale, buy one get one free, so that's what we did! I have been coming here for the past ten years and today was my last day. I purchased a dryer from…read morehere and the dryer only had one wheel in the box. I did not need the dryer immediately so I waited about a month before I opened the box. That was my mistake for waiting so long to open the box but I was hoping that a business that I have supported for ten years would have a solution. I intentionally shop here over ordering from online stores to support freestanding businesses. Unfortunately when I attempted to exchange the dryer they politely said there was nothing they could do and I left with a dryer that I will never be able to use. This is not a good place to invest in dryers..... hard lesson learned. They sell products with missing pieces. I would have had a better experience if I would have ordered the dryer online because the dryer would have came with four wheels . I spend hundreds of dollars here a year but i will be buying my beauty products online moving forward......Does anybody need a one Wheeled free standing dryer?

Both of the cleansers in that product kept my combination skin in balance. The CC Serum evened my skin tone to support a clean even complexion that reduced the amount of makeup I use daily. Last but certainly not least, the Clean & Gentle Facial Moisturizer helped my skin stay hydrated all day. This is especially important for me since I have combination skin.

He did gua sha which was a unique touch. So my prior lady would let you steam in a hot towel and Tyler has a steamer. Idk which gets better results. Next time I'll chat with Tyler about that b/c I'd live in a hot towel if I could. Tyler was very easy to talk to. The products had minimal scent. This is better for my sensitive skin and anyone around me with allergies. I did find myself missing smelling like a flower exploded but seeing this mornings results...never mind. No scent needed. Products are also made in MO. We love shopping local!

So since I was needed a specific product, I went here. I love how spacious the layout of the store is. I love the variety of hair brands available and I love their prices. They have an extensive variety of hair for braids. They have isles upon isles of various hair products and tools, as well as a plethora of natural products. The store is very organized and clean. The employees are funny and helpful and since most of the employees are guys, there are plenty of women around the store if you need additional assistance. Meaning==== if you don't trust a mans opinion there are plenty of friendly customers walking around, which I found to very knowledgeable as well as professional hair stylist, that you can bounce questions off of. I hate how small the parking lot is, spaces fill-up fast!!! And unfortunately the construction on Page is uuhhhhh!!! So pulling out into traffic is no joke. I definitely recommend coming here for ANY of your hair care needs!!!

The only time he backed off was when he noticed I was on my phone looking up recommendations! I have never felt so disrespected while simply trying to shop! As a Black customer, the way I was treated left me feeling profiled and singled out! It's disturbing to experience this at a business that depends on and serves the Black community! If management thinks this is an acceptable way to treat paying customers, they should expect people to take their business elsewhere! No one should have to feel intimidated or humiliated just for walking into a store!

This store has been in Kirkwood for about a decade and every time I come in, it's a good experience. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a great selection of soaps and other items such as decorations and knick knacks. You can even watch them make the soaps in the evenings, most days. Yes, the soaps are expensive, but they're free of artificial ingredients and give back to the community. That's a win in my book :)

The employees who make their soaps, are adults who have IDD's. I love how they give back to the community by creating jobs. My recent visit, I didn't buy any soaps, I already have a good supply. However, I did buy a lot of their other gift items. I took advantage of some of the holiday discounts, got a pair of car coasters and new cocktail napkins. In my world, you can never have enough cocktail napkins. I take my own to bars and restaurants when meeting family and friends. I not only recommend Sammysoap for soaps, but it's also a fantastic place to find unique and affordable gifts. They have a lot of dog themed gifts, that I personally would like to receive. So if they have something for me, you'll find something for your friend or family, too. The staff/cashier are friendly and professional. As I browsed the store, they politely informed me of items on sale/promotion. They had some good sales going on. I may be going back for some lamps they had 30% off.
