Parking lot was empty besides our two cars and 1-2 customers coming and going from a single row of spots. Owner asked what I was looking for and started talking about how this stuff is only for women. Eventually asked me why I parked the way I did horizontal to the parking spots in the middle row. I couldn't explain that I was trying to a.) keep people from parking in spots right under the light pole in case the lights were to fall and b.) to see the electrical truck to protect it from theft and ensure my guy didn't have any issues while up there. The dude in the store just kept going off like he had nothing better to do than yell at someone who would've been a paying customer. I just left and didn't move my car because honestly there's a better way to handle that and you're not going to speak to me however you feel like. Especially when I'm not blocking anyone or causing any harm to anyone while trying to work and protect your customers from harm.

Of the four prescriptions we requested, three were either delayed or completely out of stock. I ended up canceling and going to the Walgreens at Wolfrum Road. I've never seen a Walgreens with such limited hours. Feels like this location is on the down slide. Hope they work it out; empty lots aren't good for property values.

The stylist I was scheduled to see wasn't available but they said Caty was. The woman up front said she's good, she does her hair, and she had great hair. Caty was friendly and skilled. She really demonstrated the difference between just getting your hair cut and getting a really good cut. Last time I went to an inexpensive place where they just trimmed an inch or two off, and my hair looked the same. It didn't have that great feeling and look like when you go to a salon. It was just a little shorter. Caty knew what my hair needed to give it some lift and life. A quick blow dry with some product and I looked and felt so much better. I am definitely going back, and I prom to show up at the correct time!

You can't send my script to them other? NO. I have to wait over 12 hrs to contact my doc and ask for ANOTHER script to be sent to one with the meds. Asked about Just in time system why foul up. Cause they "updated" their system. ROTFL. Poor programming probably student programmer. NEVER had issues like this before. Customers shouldn't have to go out of their way for supplies needed. When I asked why I was not made aware of this up front I was told they have no team or plan in place. Also had an issue where I canceled a Rx, asked specifically not to include that Rx at pick up and the pharmacist still charged me for it. They couldn't fix it over the weekend, I have to wait for pharmacy to reopen and go back in rather then just refund the mistake.

The beauty section is quite decent. I was surprised at some really good sales going on. I saw more than a few brands on buy one, get one half off or discounted well. Honestly, I couldn't decide on which brand I wanted, so I decided to do more research and come back another day. The cold pack was the necessity. Whereas the beauty section had a decent variety and price point, the cold and hot pack area didn't. They did have a deal going on, but I didn't need two on a buy one, get one half off. I would've rather had more options, if I'm being completely honest. I managed to find one that would work, but I was hoping to find one of those thin, bead masks, because those work amazingly well. The had a mask in the 'as seen on tv' aisle, but sadly not what I was looking for. The cold and hot packs are near the pharmacy. In the past, I've had employees at least offer some assistance. Not here. I didn't even really get more than a second glance from them at all. It was a little weird from a Walgreens, as usually they are much more pleasant. I had to wait a few minutes for a cashier to come up and ring my sale. He was pleasant, however, so it wasn't too big of a deal. It's easy to find everything that you are looking for. If there's something you're looking for and unable to find it, there's always associates around to be able to help you. This is one of my favorite Walgreens to come to in the area because of the friendly staff. My only suggestion would be for name tags to be present. I feel awful when I get great customer service, and there's a survey at the bottom of my receipt, and I'm unable to give the employees the recognition that they deserve for going above and beyond or just being great.

Thur: my hair is fine. Fri: Aaaaaack! I need a haircut…read more That was me, with no place to go. My beloved beautician at a certain salon had moved on to other things, and I was sans stylist. My long locks were getting shaggy, and not in a Jennifer Aniston/Friends-style. More like a Scooby Doo style. I called LookAfter (which I think is a dumb name) late on Friday night and got an appointment for the next day. LookAfter takes walk-ins, but appointments mean you don't have to wait some unknown period of time. My noon appointment got me right in. I heard other folks having a queue from 1-3 individuals. First, how many of us want to stick our hands into a stranger's hair? We freak out when there's one hair in our food--even if it's ours. So hooray for these courageous coiffure creators. My stylist was Erica, recently new to the Zumbehl location but not new to LookAfter. Erica loves doing hair and has wanted to since she was a kid. She was friendly and professional. Erica provided a great shampoo. I just need a trim and some layers cleaned up. Simple enough, if you know what you're doing. Happily, she did. A few products and a quick blow dry, and I was done. Since this was my first visit, I can't provide feedback about all their services like coloring, but if you're in need of basic services, or even just a quick trim, you'll find them here. They do eyebrows, too. Maybe I'll get those done next time.

I've always cut my own hair because I've had sole bad experiences, but now Krystal is the only person I trust with my hair. She's also so friendly and makes the time there comfortable :) Dana is also very friendly and I love talking with her while I'm there. Thanks Krystal and Dana :)
