Even though I had been on antibiotics for almost a week, I still experienced a rupture. The office of Dr. Golightly got me in next day when I called. I too was given a hearing test even though I had just experienced a rupture and I was having a loss of hearing from it. The hearing test was determining where in my ear I was experiencing the loss of hearing. And after the test it was determined that my loss was in my middle ear. Meaning that it was from fluid built up in my middle ear and not from something potentially more permanent. I was grateful that this office took the time to find answers for me today. And not just prescribed medicine and sent me on my way!

This was such an unfortunate experience. On my second visit to his office I was administered a…read morehearing test while still experiencing an ear infection. The technician was placing a headset without protective covers on the earpieces. I removed the headset and explained my infection could be worsened by the unsanitary look of the device and I could infect another user. He returned with two single sheet paper towels which he folded and placed against my skin and the earpieces. This along with the fluid in my ears had to affect the results of the test. I then saw the doctor who after examining my ears, gave the cover he removed from the scope to his assistant who placed it in the sink which clearly indicated that it was not being disposed of and would be reused. I was unaware he re-prescribed ear drops that he had instructed me not to use because of the sensitivity and itching they had caused. After picking up the prescription and realizing it was the same medication I was previously prescribed at an urgent care facility, I called to express my concerns. In a return call from his office manager Denise, not the doctor as requested, I explained my issues to her. She informed me I could not speak to the doctor and was defensive and rude. She claimed that ear covers should have been used (the paper towels provided would seem to make that assertion false). She further explained that the scope covers were washed in a betadine solution before being reused. She was insistent the pharmacy gave me the wrong medication which was not the case as I later called the pharmacy to confirm they had filled the prescription as written with a generic version of the medication. After much back and forth Denise tersely told me to not return to Dr. Golightly, and that my records would be forwarded upon request. In all fairness, Dr. Golightly did place a call after my conversation with Denise however, I was on the phone with the pharmacy and unable to take his call. Given a heightened awareness of the importance of sanitary protocols these are unacceptable medical practices and they could improve their level of cleanliness, professionalism and standard of care. Go Elsewhere!

We've made many complaints myself and my wife to the management obviously she does not care about their clients either. You ask for your issues to be escalated above her and never get a phone call back. I pay for all of my prescriptions online so that they don't have to be any hand to hand transaction. It seems like every time I do the clerk gets very sassy and says if you have a problem with your insurance co-pay then you need to take that up with your insurance company. Lastly it's not insurance co-pay I pay online through their app but when they're too busy ordering their lunch on their cell phone texting somebody from their personal cell phone then you can't very well pay attention to what the customers asking. Please someone from Corporate respond I have about 25 different videos of issues with this pharmacist clerks. And as far as they're trying their hardest due to Covid this is been going on for a year, however it's the only pharmacist that carries my medication in town that might explain why they can treat you like crap. Or maybe it's just as simple as because we are white and we just don't fit into the crowd... Really don't have the answers can't seem to get anyone within management to return a call or take time to care about their customers.

I've had 3 visits here in 1 year's time, 2 for body checks with PA Amber Mayfield, and 1 was cosmetic with PA Madison Tanner. Both PAs were professional, thorough and empathetic to my concerns. When they submitted their bill, the insurance covered their portion of the bill. Unbeknownst to me they did not record the day I came in after getting hurt at work. Nor did they tell me that a portion of the bill was not covered. I have been fighting two years for my workman's comp case with no word about any portion of the bill not being covered by Allstate. A month ago, 2 years after this bill, i receive the first call about a portion of the billl not being covered. I told them I would find out why it wasn't covered. Before the insurance even got back to me I started receiving calls from a capital collection agency. Now I am being harassed day and night as a 100% disabled veteran in a workman's comp case for $400. I called the clinic to see what was going on. I was told I need to pay my bills. Their attitude was horrible. They did nothing for my back. Put me in a mall massaging chair and insulted me about finances. Go to a real doctor.
