Jose wanted to argue that I HAVE to a picture and it's REQUIRED. After asking him to show me in writing he saw that it wasn't required to take a photo. He took 20 minutes to argue with me as I tried to walk away several times. I asked him for his manager's information and refused and tried a stare down. He thought about it and said I will call her for you. I declined and asked for her information again, then asked why he was choosing to argue. I offered for him to take a picture of my ID and he refused and threatened to cancel my membership. He is the worst part of the gym. To argue with a guess is crazy and unacceptable especially if you're on the wrong. I hope he is properly trained on how to further assist customers and how to deescalate a situation instead of causing a sense and wasting guest time. I've been a manager for over 15 years and I would never behave in this manner. Such a shame.

Located just south of the Atlanta Motor Speedway and next to Wendy's. The gym is new, clean, and restrooms are well stocked. When I walked in the first time I…read morenoticed that it did not have the "social club" environment that many of the larger gyms have. People are actually working out and not standing around talking; not blocking the machines and weights which is one of my largest pet peeves in the gym. The gym was very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable. Safety was another big factor for me. When arriving many times before sunrise or very late at night, the facility is locked down. The cameras and members only entrance is very secure. It is also night to see local police force working out after or before shift change.
