I cannot say enough great things about it--but let's try... 1. The font desk staff: they great me by name with a smile on their sweet faces every time i walk in the door. 2. The coaches: also great me by name. I love when I am on the treadmill, giving it my all and they notice. They call out my name with some encouragement, makes me work even harder. They walk around during the workout and if you need help with anything, they are there to make you a better you--whatever your fitness level. 3. The music: is awesome!!! It helps me get excited about my workout. It's really all good, but I have to say Coach Tyree's is my favorite. I think we are the same generation and it just works!! 4. The environment: they gym is super clean. 5. The price: while it is pricey, remember that you get what you pay for. I have been to cheaper gyms before and never had service or RESULTS like this before.

I have not had any bad experiences here. They push you. They motivate you. I even brought my mom with me and they always put as together. If we go at separate times, they'll ask about the other.
