I initially came in around 2:00 PM to redeem my birthday gift. For some reason, I couldn't access the QR code in the app, even though I was able to add the free gift to my cart online. I simply wanted to see the available options in-store before placing the order, and also asked for help locating my QR code. The associate was dismissive, refused to show me the options, and did not offer any assistance. Since I was already there, I placed an in-store pickup order at 2:10 PM and asked how long it would take. I was told it would take about an hour for the order to appear in the system. However, I received the confirmation that my order was ready just 10 minutes later--after I had already left the store. This made it clear that the wait time I was given was inaccurate and misleading. When I returned around 3:30 PM, I showed my order number and confirmation email. The associate ignored me while she was on her phone texting and only acknowledged me after she finished. This felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Before handing me my order, she asked for my ID, which felt unnecessary given that I had the full order details and confirmation on my phone. In the end, she barely checked it anyway. Overall, the experience felt dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Customers should not be ignored, misled about wait times, or refused basic assistance when asking simple questions.

First time in this store because I had a $25 gift card to use…read more Low rating due to poor customer service and low inventory on a lot of their makeup brands. First I walked around to see what they had and then I had someone ask me if I needed help, which I did. She pointed me in the direction of what I asked for but then left me. I still didn't find what I wanted and I kept walking around the store. I had two more sales associates help me but both of them quickly disappeared. Nobody seemed like they were trying to make a sale. I noticed the color of eye shadow I wanted was out of stock and someone tried to check and see if they had it in the back but it took over 10 minutes for her to finally come back and tell me they didn't have it. I began to notice that a lot of their inventory was low. They had plenty of sales associates standing around looking pretty but it didn't really seem like customer service was the most important thing on their minds. When the third associate began to help me she noticed some guy in the next aisle that looked like he needed help. so, before she was done helping me she went to help him. I ended up walking out of the store not getting anything. Highly disappointed.

I'm not a big consumer of beauty product (high end or otherwise) and really wasn't sure what I needed/wanted but came away set up for sucess with my new skin and make-up regimen. If you want baby soft skin and radiance, book your life changing facial with Michael at the Blue…read moreMercury @ Rio. After one hour in Michael's most capable hands my face felt rejuvenated and no longer tired, ashy or puffy. I was seriously contemplating not going to my LA Mer facial on Mothers Day. I had a lot of other things to do. But my daughter was not having it. She insisted I keep my appointment. And was I ever happy that I did. It was no ordinary facial. It started wit a calming rosewood balm to remove the makeup and other impurities n continued with exfoliation, mask, blackhead removal and all accomplished using the yummy La Mer products. What made this facial different than all of the other facials that I had was the reflexology massage done on my hands arms and shoulders. It was sheer bliss. What ever Michael did, it not only de-puff my eye bags but seem to de-puff my entire body. The La Mer beauty products helped too I'm sure. It's now 24 hours later and I'm still make up free, and my eye bags are still gone. My face feels silky smooth, no bumps and my enlarge pores are non existent. Overall, my face has a nice glow that has not been seen since my 20s. I'm 52 and after this rejuvenating facial feel and look decades younger. I will definitely come again and tell all my girlfriends to come book a facial at Blue Mercury with Michael.

We found two wigs we liked (one synthetic and one real human hair) for $45.
