That shocked me to begin with. Although she was out of stock she recommended calling my doctor and having them adjust the dosage as she had a different strength available. I did as she suggested and everything worked out! She even called to tell me she received the script from my doctor and I could come anytime. I showed up at 5:30pm as she closes at 6 and she said you must be Renee. I was like omg hey yes I am! The pharmacy is so cute and so private you don't feel uncomfortable like at other pharmacies. I honestly always feel judged whether it is from a pharmacist or a pharmacy tech. Mai and I got to chatting about other medications I take and she said she would make sure they were stocked on the shelf for me. Wow! How great! I also let her know my troubles with CVS/Rite Aid and she agreed pharmacists shouldn't be interfering with what the doctors recommend. Love that! After a delightful few minutes, I was all checked out and ready to go and Mai offered me a drink! Like an actual drink which normally people would buy. I was like are you sure?? They told me i could use the app to cancel order, as I needed the item and went to purchase elsewhere, but there's not an option to do that. Only a phone number to call that takes you through a number of different automated messages that don't respond to input, and then a series of representatives , the latest who is unpleasant and has put me on a long hold (twice so far) as they try to unsucessfully reach the store. It shouldn't be this difficult CVS! Please get it together (you've been going downhill for a while now unfortunately).

I just went to the prescription counter, picked up the medication and was on my way. My main complaint was the parking. The lot is off of busy Connecticut and the entrance ramp is somewhat steep. Parking is tight and sometimes full. I used to have my step-sister come with me so she could wait in the car in case I couldn't find a spot. More recently we have a dog on compounded medication for gastrointestinal issues. There was a little confusion about her prescription because it was first submitted by an emergency vet and then transferred to our regular vet. Staff was very helpful getting it straightened out. We also opted for delivery at a nominal fee and are so glad we did. It's easy, reliable and the medication is hung right on our front door knob. I must say for very long term prescriptions there are some very good mail order pharmacies that are less expensive.
