A few hours after they were supposed to be ready, I came to pick them up and they didn't have them. They asked me to come look at the computer and identify my photo. They printed one photo and told me to come back later for the others. Ten days later, they can find my order but not my printed photos even though I received a reminder to pick up my photos. They told me to resubmit the order and they will reprint but now the price is double because the promotion I used is over. Pharmacy review: I requested an Epi pen that was automated (auviq). They tried to give me the larger non-automated then said they might have the one I wanted. I accepted the Auviq, then opened the bag to see that it expires in 10 months. Wish I could have received one with a full year of life in it. I had one other time they switched a drug on me for a generic brand without telling me (I assumed it was the same and didn't open the bag until evening/store was closed); now I know to ask before accepting a medication.

I made the appointment weeks in advance, and when I got there the idiot pharmacist didn't even know the FDA ruling that moderately to severely immune comprised people DO NOT have to wait 6 months for the third Covid shot. He refused to give me the vaccine. He is putting my life in jeopardy! Plus, I'm only 5 days away from being 6 months out. Right on the Walgreens website itself, it says those of us with moderately to severely compromised immune systems only need to wait 28 DAYS after our second dose to get the third dose (see attached screen shot from the Walgreen's website). The pharmacist working today (10.01.21) needs to be fired or at the very least severely reprimanded and re-educated. Frankly, I think he simply did not want to take the time to give me the vaccine. Rude beyond belief.

we were kind of bouncy ball between those stupid employees. we called last week and they said you dont need appointment for any vaccine, we did walk in on Tuesday at 10 AM and they were like you need apointment. were told her about last week phone call .so she told us to come after 6 pm. she was like no our pharmacist will not do without appointment, than we went to their website to book appointment now that location is not on the website. than pharmacist told us to come after 2 pm. keep it up. read more

If you're out of refills or they're out of stock, there's no heads up. Finally, scrips seem to get moved between locations. Sometimes you need a med urgently, call it in, get confirmation it's ready and arrive only to be told it's been sent to the central location and will be delivered in 2 days. The people are nice and try to help but it's just a different flavor of shitshow than I'd get at Walgreens.

My previous doctors from Aurora would call and say to me I needed to reestablish care with them before they would consider giving the authorization to fill the script.
