We've come to this Walgreens to get vaccinated (more than one kind) and the staff is great. I highly appreciated that they were very kind to my mom and patient to answer all of her questions. We'll keep coming to this Walgreens. read more

Worst pharmacy on the planet. They didn't fill a prescription my doctor sent in because insurance wasn't going to cover it. It was under $8. So many times I left the drive up window because they were taking 10 minutes for each customer. I'm 70 years old and have never seen a worse pharmacy. Waited 6 days for a prescription to be filled because they were out of that pill. read more

Held up my prescription of hemorrhoid cream and screamed my entire name and stated the name of the hemorrhoid cream for pick up. I thought HIPPA privacy was a thing. Everyone was snickering at me at the store. Your pharmacy techs are unprofessional. read more

Suppose to be 24 hour pharmacy so pharmacist doesn't show up and they close entire store. What kind of service is that

Most of the cashiers are very friendly and helpful. The store itself usually has the products that I need, and the pharmacy staff are all pretty good, but the do get backed up around 5. All in all I really like the store. read more

Horrible. I came to pick up my prescription on 11/9 at 9:30pm. The drive thru was closed and when I went in the line was ridiculously long with one person at the counter!!!!!!!! This pharmacy is the worst!!!!!!!! I tried to stand in the line and was dizzy so couldn't continue to wait!!!@ this was much needed medication and I had to wait another day!!!!! This pharmacy should be shut down and should just operate the store!!! They are putting customers health at risk with these long lines!!!! read more

Having waited three days for my husband's doctors office to give prior authorization to a prescription has been awful! I called Walgreens to see if they could help. Glenn was extremely patient and responsive to my concerns, the cost of the medication as well as the length of time it would take to fill it. He gave me a number to call and I was able to get my insurance to proceed much faster. They appeared to be short staffed but he had it filled within the hour which I'm extremely grateful for. When in pain an hour is long, but waiting for Monday to come when it's early Saturday morning is unbelievably excruciating. Glenn, if you're reading this THANK YOU!!!! read more

I've only ever had minor issues refilling a prescription for myself, but my vet called a couple in for my dog and it's been nothing but problems since. The pharmacy techs have been incredibly rude and have given me a different excuse as to why they cannot refill one of them early. Normally I wouldn't ask for an early refill, but we will be out of town for almost two weeks and she cannot be without her medications. I've called them, stopped by to pick them up and after multiple calls and visits I was finally told by the pharmacist that it's not possible... call the vet. The vet says it's up to the pharmacy. The pharmacist says it's up to the vet. This is absolutely ridiculous. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. What a waste of time and energy. read more

Now that CVS has cut hours, this is the only 24 hour drug store around. It's clean, big, well stocked, adequate parking, and safer than most Walgreens I've been to. The workers here are more helpful than at other Walgreens, it seems well managed. read more

I am quite aware that help is difficult to find but was astonished at how rude the pharmacy tech at the Appleton Ave Walgreens was this afternoon. A prescription was ordered for my husband at approximately 12:00pm, as we were in the Dr's office. We went through the drive through to pick up the prescription at approximately 2:00pm. The young, blonde pharmacy tech (name not provided) said, with an attitude, "It looks like they are just filling it now and it should be about 15 minutes. I was taken back by her response and said "It was ordered hours ago." She looked at me and very disrespectfully said, "Well, we are just a little busy." Slammed the phone down and walked away. Never said "I'm sorry " at any point in our brief conversation. I happen to be a registered nurse and can not believe the attitude this girl had. We were there to pick up a needed medication and not only are we customers but, technically, patients needing care. This young woman needs to be educated on the proper way to deal with the public. read more

Need a responsive pharmacy? Have your doc send your prescription across the street to CVS. Don't rely on this place. In addition to HORRIBLE service and total lack of care they're just plain rude. read more

Took a prescription for mouthwash for my Mom because she had to have all her teeth pulled . They told me it has to be mixed & sit over night so it won't be ready till tomorrow . I came back the next day for the prescription its not ready yet . My Mom's gums are hurting real bad & she needs the prescription mouthwash with lidocaine in it . They wanted me to come back another time . I said thats terrible customer service and not acceptable . Finally the manager says they will mix it now . So they lied to me yesterday about it having to sit overnight before pick up . If they are lying to me about that what else are they lying to me about . I really question that they are using the correct ingredients in there prescriptions . Meanwhile my Mom is suffering because of them . And there attitude is like they are doing you a favor and they just don't care . I will go elsewhere next time . I hope Amazon puts them out of business . read more

This is one of the best Walgreens locations, I don't know what everyone is talking about. People are friendly and speedy, and the place is always clean. Not only that, but they always have good sales going on, and the people in the pharmacy actually speak English, which is great, (unlike the other pharmacy across the street). read more

I called to figure out why my prescription was waiting for doctors approval. The male pharmacist was very short with his response and hung up with me before I could finish my conversation with him, I guess he was to busy. Although i should have probably gotten my prescription refilled sooner so I was not on my last pill, I still need my medication and this guy could care less. I have been going here for years for medication and this pharmacist is ALWAYS short and in a hurry to push you through. I would think in his position he could be a little more personable. read more

They have idiots running the pharmacy. I showed up an hour later to pick up a prescription. I waited in line for about 20 minutes in the drive thru and they inform it'll be another 15 minute wait. After I wait yet another 15 minutes I go back to the drive thru and am waiting 20 more minutes. Absolutely terrible and unorganized! I am sick, I just want my prescription. I don't have patients for their terrible customer service. read more

Went to the Walgreens in Menomonee Falls. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! Photo sucks!!!!

I am done with this location. I only use it for the pharmacy and have just experienced my 2nd horrible customer service experience. My Dr. sends in a script for 90 days of Waliton D so I don't have to go in every 29 days to buy more over the counter allergy meds. This medication (Generic Clariton D) is over the counter so insurance doesn't cover. Upside, if I use a prescription I'm able to get a larger quantity instead of hoping it's in stock on the counter and don't have to sign my life away in my own blood. I show up today after waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru line and am told they didn't fill it because it's not covered by insurance so my cost is over $100.00. I tell the staffer I always fill it this way I'm aware. She tells me not at this Walgreens to which I reply yes, this Walgreens, for over a year now. She says well you didn't return the messages. ME: "I had a mystery voicemail and couldn't understand any of it. I don't return unknown calls." Staff "Well it looks likes the last time you filled this was April" Me: "Right for 90 days and paid the same amount then too. I don't understand where the question is coming from". Staff "well you didn't return our call. Me"Just fill the script as it's ordered." Anyone with a small amount of intelligence could see my purchase history and know at a glance this is not the first time I've done this. I've done this for over a year at this location. But it's MY FAULT I didn't return your call. But I get an email and an automated voice reminding me three times a day when my script is ready? She tells me to come back in 10 minutes. Um no. I've already been here for 45 minutes and can only handle one dose of the incompetence that is that staff. If this were an isolated occurrence I could maybe excuse it. Unfortunately it's not. In October while bringing my brother home from ankle surgery we dropped off 3 paper prescriptions and are told to come back in 30 minutes. He has to come along because one is a narcotic. I drag him out of the house 2 hours later just in time for the lingering surgery meds to wear off and when we arrive only 1 was filled...the post-op anti-biotic. oh and He didn't have to come to pick it up. We wait 5 minutes while I only imagine they couldn't find the other 2 due to the panicked look on the staffs faces. I had to take him home, return 15 minutes after and oh yeah, still not done. I'm simply told sorry we're really busy today. That does not excuse the staff only filling 1 of 3 paper scripts and your complete lack of costumer service. I am DONE! Steer clear if you value your time and sanity. Shopping for a new pharmacy!! read more

The store itself has great employees but the pharmacy staff is AWFUL!!! On multiple occasions have they not only been rude but they don't have any respect for the people they are "helping". One example is I called in a refill for my son at 10 in the morning to be picked up at 3 pm. I stopped in at 3:40 pm on my way into work(which starts at 4) to get it. Waited in line and the girl said that she was just finishing it up and it would be a minute or 2. I waited 15 minutes and asked if it was ready because I had to get to work. They girl huffed and got crabby with me and said "We were really busy today and I just started it, it takes time!" I, at this point, was pretty angry. I would have been fine coming back after work to get it, but instead I was lied to about it "being almost done" , was late to work and had to deal with her attitude. The male pharmacist in his 40's-50's is extremely rude as well and has a "better than thou" attitude. I had even said once that every time I come to this location there is an issue and he said "Then why do you come here?" Seriously!?! The location is convenient but I will no longer go there PERIOD because there are enough options here in the area where I can avoid attitudes. I've learned my lesson.... read more
