    Lisa is beautiful inside and out! She's super sweet…read more I had gotten my lips injected twice else where (before coming to Lisa) and within 3 months the filler was almost gone. I went to Lisa once and my results have lasted over a year now! Some places water down their products and she definitely doesn't do that. She definitely knows what she's doing and has the best prices around. I will never go to anyone else for my lips. And I look forward to getting Botox and other injections done by her in the future.

I don't have one of your cards. 1.559.325.7544 is the number I left my voicemail to you. It's the one you list on your website. You then say "I do not receive call receiving any text or call from you with your concern." I've never mentioned my concerns to you. On one hand you imply I didn't leave a message, on the other you imply I specified what my concerns are and they weren't left in any message. Both lies. Dishonesty is not a good look. Finally, you said this could have been resolved directly. I called you directly and left messages directly. How much more direct could I have been? LOL! -------------------------- Reached out to Lisa several weeks ago; left a friendly message for her to get back to me at her earliest convenience. As others have mentioned, she doesn't return calls or respect people who leave messages. Perhaps if I'd mentioned the people I've referred to her who've spent thousands, she'd have made the effort to respond. I met her once when a friend asked me to come with her for injectables and fillers for the first time. I won't waste anymore time trying to get her to call back, nor will I promote her business further.

All deemed the growth benign, with one of the 3 injecting a chemotherapy agent into it "just in case". In the meantime, it grew and grew. Finally was referred to Dr Kathleen Behr and bingo! Got a true diagnosis. Within a week or so, I was back in Dr Behr's office and had the gruesome beast excised in a pretty complicated surgery. So relieved! Healed quickly and well and unless I tell someone, they don't even notice the very light scar. I saw Dr Mathieu for after care, and was every bit as impressed and thankful. Both Doctors the ultimate professional, kind, gentle, thorough and explain things well. Their office and assistants staff are marvelous - friendly, quick, helpful and reassuring. Fabulous doctors and fabulous staff. Me? My family? We will go NOWHERE else for our dermatological needs.

    I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with this office, from the front desk to…read morethe nursing staff, and even post-operative follow-up. After surgery, I reached out with concerns about my recovery and felt completely dismissed. The nursing staff was unhelpful and lacked empathy, making me feel like my concerns were an inconvenience rather than something that deserved attention. The front desk interactions were equally frustrating and unprofessional. What was most alarming, however, was receiving a phone call from the doctor who mistakenly called me instead of the correct patient, asking how I was feeling in the hospital. I was not hospitalized -- I was calling because I was having issues with my recovery. This error caused unnecessary worry and discomfort and raised serious concerns about communication, attention to detail, and patient safety. Then Dr. P comes into my room with attitude and zero empathy, as if I did something wrong when he's the one to make a mistake. Overall, this experience left me feeling unheard, anxious, and regretful of choosing this practice. Post-operative care is critical, and unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've had in a medical setting. I would not recommend this office to anyone expecting attentive, compassionate, and organized care. This place is a joke.
