Lisa, as I mentioned in my original review, l did leave a voice message. You say you put your phone number on your cards. I don't have one of your cards. 1.559.325.7544 is the number I left my voicemail to you. It's the one you list on your website. You then say "I do not receive call receiving any text or call from you with your concern." I've never mentioned my concerns to you. On one hand you imply I didn't leave a message, on the other you imply I specified what my concerns are and they weren't left in any message. Both lies. Dishonesty is not a good look. Finally, you said this could have been resolved directly. I called you directly and left messages directly. How much more direct could I have been? LOL! -------------------------- Reached out to Lisa several weeks ago; left a friendly message for her to get back to me at her earliest convenience. As others have mentioned, she doesn't return calls or respect people who leave messages. Perhaps if I'd mentioned the people I've referred to her who've spent thousands, she'd have made the effort to respond. I met her once when a friend asked me to come with her for injectables and fillers for the first time. I won't waste anymore time trying to get her to call back, nor will I promote her business further.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kathleen Behr and her entire team in Fresno…read more My experience began with Nayeli, who gathered my information and explained the available procedures and what might work best for me. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The office stayed in contact with me, arranged a very convenient pre-procedure phone appointment, and coordinated my surgery date. When I arrived, everything went seamlessly. Cosmetic procedures are not inexpensive, and this was the most money I have ever spent on myself. I can honestly say it was also the best money I have ever spent. Until you go through a procedure like this, you may not realize how much happens behind the scenes for just one patient. I had an entire team--including Christine, Priscilla, Gabby, and Teresa--and every one of them played an important role. They worked together in complete unison and were professional, caring, and helpful throughout the entire process. I was prepared, positioned, numbed, and carefully guided through each step before Dr. Behr took over and performed the procedure. She was amazing. Although I am only three days into my recovery, I am already very happy with my results. I was also impressed by how fairly the practice treats its patients financially. My consultation fee was only $50, while many practices charge $100 to $150. That immediately told me they were not trying to take advantage of patients from the beginning. I had also seen that some practices charge an additional $100 to $150 for the required post-surgery compression garment. Dr. Behr's office provided mine at no additional charge. That may seem like a small detail, but it meant a great deal to me because it showed that they were not going to nickel-and-dime me throughout the process. The practice also offers several helpful ways to communicate and save money. I joined the Behr Club, which saved me a significant amount on my procedure. They also helped me sign up for Allē--the app with the halo--which allows patients to earn rewards and save money on certain treatments and products at participating providers. Be sure to ask about both programs. Because I live in Sacramento and cannot always drive to Fresno, the Allē program will be especially valuable to me. I had researched and visited practices in Sacramento but never felt completely comfortable with any of them. While working on assignment in Fresno, I contacted Dr. Behr's office, and I immediately knew I had found the right place. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kathleen Behr and her wonderful staff to anyone considering a cosmetic procedure. They offer an extensive range of services, treat their patients with genuine care, and work together as an exceptional team. God bless all of you, and thank you for making this such a positive and meaningful experience. Make the call youll thank me : Behr Laser & Skin Care Center 1125 E Spruce Ave Ste 103 · (559) 435-7546

Follow up~ I have called the office several times now to…read morespeak with Dr. Behr regarding her response to my Google review. After speaking with different staff members, I was told that she does not take calls. I left messages requesting a call back, but still have not heard from her. I remain willing to discuss a resolution directly with her. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience, I feel it is important to warn others before they spend thousands of dollars here. I paid a $250 deposit and an additional $3,575, for a total of $3,825, for filler and Botox treatments performed by Dr. Desai. From the very first follow-up appointment, I repeatedly told the medical assistant that I was unhappy with my results. At every appointment, I explained that I had developed small bumps underneath my eyes, that my marionette lines were not improving and continued to show bumps, and that I was disappointed with how everything was turning out. Dr. Desai also injected my nasolabial folds, yet those lines are still visible. Despite repeatedly expressing my concerns, I felt they were dismissed instead of being taken seriously. During my appointments, Dr. Desai told me that the Botox she had recommended interfered with the fillers. That statement left me questioning why that treatment plan had been recommended in the first place. If I was being told that one treatment interfered with another, why would I feel comfortable proceeding with additional procedures? At that point, my confidence in the treatment plan had been significantly diminished. I have allowed adequate time for the treatment to settle and for any improvement to occur. Given the number of injections I received and the significant financial investment I made, the outcome does not reflect the scope of the treatment. After allowing adequate time, I met with Dr. Behr to discuss my concerns. During that visit, she recommended performing additional treatment. However, I did not feel comfortable proceeding with more procedures because of the concerns I already had, including being told that the Botox recommended by Dr. Desai interfered with the fillers. I wanted my concerns addressed and understood before considering any additional treatments. During that same process, I asked Dr. Behr to review and compare my before-and-after photos because my results looked nothing like the photos I had been shown or expected. Dr. Behr refused to look at my photos or compare them. It was after this that the medical assistant made the statement that "everyone in the Central Valley knows that it doesn't last," which was extremely concerning to me given the amount of money I had invested. I also asked the office manager, Kristy, for a copy of the documentation showing my concerns from each of my visits. Kristy stated that she would send those records to me through email. To this day, I have never received the documentation she said she would provide. The documents that were provided to me did not include any statements or notes showing that I had expressed my concerns during my visits. I did everything I could to give the office an opportunity to address my concerns. Instead of feeling heard, I felt dismissed. After spending $3,825, I expected professional care, honest communication, and accountability when I expressed that I was unhappy with my results. Because of my experience, I cannot recommend this practice. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before investing a significant amount of money. I am requesting a full refund of the $3,825 I paid. Given my experience, the concerns I raised throughout the process, and the outcome I received, I believe a full refund is warranted because of the results did not reflect the expectations and information that were discussed prior to treatment.

I asked the man at the register if they had any WHITE nail lamps specifically like the one being displayed on the counter after being shown a pink one from the back. He claimed that the white one being displayed was "brand new". I was kinda confused because he said there was in fact not any white lamps but it seemed he got the idea right there and then to just sell that one to me. It was $65 so I ended up buying it. This lamp was NOT new at all. As soon as I got home to use it I had noticed there was many markings and damage to the so called "new"lamp. No big deal, I said okay it's fine as long as it works right. But then I noticed some of the lights were dead! I came to this realization bc my thumbs were not curing properly. I reviewed my receipt and noticed it stated something along the lines of " no refunds or returns due to SANITARY reasons." Yet they gladly sold to a loyal customer a used up nail lamp. I of course went back to explain to same exact man the situation. He insisted that it was "new"he even tried selling me more lamps and a blinged out one for extra $10 like????? He showed me multiple and I was really considering stillllllll switching it out but when I would carefully inspect the lamp, EVERY SINGLE ONE had at least one or two dead lights! He was pushing so hard for me to take one as I kept on explaining literally over and over that they all aren't even working properly. Oh and he tried to say that the lamps that only had one dead light was the "sensor". Very unprofessional, money hungry business owners and definitely will never spend a $ here again!

They said they would fix the problems then when i finally saw the doctor said he refused to fix anything and that he never promised anything. They probably hoped that after a year I would just give up. You do NOT get what you pay for in this place but if you have money to burn go for it! I think the Dr may have been good at what he does at one time but he probably needs to retire at this point. I wish I had a good experience here but I did not. Good luck! Update to respond to Athenix's response: I have had other comsmetic procedures done before by other doctors and have never had any issues nor any horrendous scars as a result. Yes, everyone heals differently, however, Dr P's surgical cuts were by far the widest cuts I've experienced for same procedure I've had done in the past by other doctors. There is also no excuse for his poor bedside manner. Promising me any post-op issues would be addressed then gaslighting me and saying he never told me that (which was a major factor for me going forward with the procedure) is just unethical and unacceptable. He's not an honest Dr and not someone I would ever recommend!
