Man, this has to be the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life at any store I ordered a photo book for my boss here which is my first mistake. Should've never come here. It was supposed to be ready the next morning. I got an email saying it was delayed. I called and they promised me it would be ready by 11 AM. I told them I had work and I wouldn't be there till 9 PM . ALL DAY at work I called them trying to get the status of the photo book. They kept putting me on hold and hanging up. I must've called five times. I got hung up on all five times Finally get there at 9 PM. I see the photo book in pieces on the side. They said they were trying to call and tell me it couldn't be done but my old phone number was on the account The book is literally in pieces. It's not binded . The photo quality is SUPER POOR with striations and the book wasn't even fully printed out. But I was supposed to give this to my boss in front of 200 people the next day - I had to show something so I go to take this piece of crap and leave and these IDIOTS - INCLUDING THE MANAGER tell me that if I walk out with this "book". - when it wasn't even a book it was garbage- THAT THEY WOULD CALL THE POLICE ON ME ! So they charged me full price for this absolute piece of trash ! . I asked Walgreens corporate to refund me like 3 times and they said it has to be done in store and I'll never go back there so long story short I disputed the charge with Visa and I'm never stepping foot in this Walgreens or any Walgreens again and look forward to their bankruptcy ! I can totally see why there are so many negative reviews for this location, as it's pretty hit or miss. When there's a line, it moves quite slowly, as they seem to be understaffed. The constant chiming overhead on the speakers is quite annoying to me, but I can only imagine how frustrating it might be on the employees (unless they learn to tune it out, which I would totally understand). Their managers can be seen doing their best to plug the gaps when needed, which as a former pharmacy employee during my late high school and early college years, I can very much appreciate. Their photo department does a great job printing anything I've needed in recent weeks but pro tip, make sure to put your order in at least the night before, to avoid any issues. read more

Went yesterday to this pharmacy to pick up a med ordered on their website a day ago. There was a long line and two techs at the reception were slow to dispense the filled out meds. A half of hr waiting. Finally, I approached the reception to get my med. The tech, Maria, after reviewing her computer screen for 5 min, tell me that she cannot give it to me, since it is a controlled substance, and 30 days had not passed yet and to come after 2 days. I told her that I had ordered it on their site and it didn't say that I had to wait for 2 more days. I know the procedure, since I'm taking this drug for more than 10 years. The common sense says that 2 days are not a breach of the NYS law, since sometime the schedule falls on weekend, the pharmacy has reduced working hrs and doesn't receive supply, if the med is not in stock. I'm over 70 years old, waited on line for a half hr standing, and she sends me away w/o serving. The pharmacist comes over and says the same bullshit. Then I approached the drop-off desk and told the tech I wanted the prescription transferred to a CVS near my home. She says tell CVS to call us. The phamacist comes over and I repeated my request. She tells me a different thing: Allegedly, they cannot transfer prescriptions of Controlled Substances. She advised me to get a new prescription from my doc. Later on, when I went home, I checked my account with them and wanted to review the confirmation of my order a day ago and their notice to come and pick it up. They werednot on there any more. The sneaky Maria has deleted every proof that I had ordered the med online! Falsification of records!! I know that by NYS Law I have the right to transfer a prescription whereever I initiate that request. This pharmacy is not disorganized, techs are not well trained, the service is too slow. Long lines and seniors don't always wait back of the line. They cut in front of you. You should try CVS down the blocks. It's way better service. They know how to prioritize who should get filled first. Paxlovid, this be filled right away not tomorrow afternoon. They did not answer their phone. I make one complaint and now they close my account. CVS is way better than this pharmacy. read more

I've been here several times to drop off Fed Ex packages and buy items. Very good customer service. The associates greet you and items are usually updated in their inventory list. Their parking lot situation is great, so many front and back of store parking spots. The managers are really good and efficient and kind. Definitely coming back here!!! read more

Worst pharmacy ever I literally spent the entire day calling them & no one picks up I get the message that there are more than 3 callers ahead of me this happened every single time I called them & I was on hold for 30-45 minutes each time. Last month I called to see if my meds were ready & was told yes. An hour later I went to get them & not only weren't they ready but I had to wait 45 minutes for them. Just pick up my package from fed ex on this site and the associate is very rude. I was signing my name and she told me write your full name. Its my first to do this so I really don't know what to do and when I asked where to sign and she told me read it. Hey your supposed to guide me what or where to sign. She got upset when I asked her. I just finished speaking to one of the Customer Representatives at the pharmacy. This young lady was so rude she hung up on me after telling me that she will be calling my insurance company since the system was not taking my new insurance information. First of all customer service should be her priority since without customers she would not be able to work or get paid. When I was there yesterday. The Doctor In charged never told me that I needed to call my previous insurance to cancel it. She asked for me to get the information that I provided to this young lady and she continued to insist for me to call my old insurance. Mind you the information I gave them today is something that they can get themselves. They can call my insurance and get all the information the same way I did. But most places are so lazy they rather tell you to call yourself. Which I have no problem. My problem is when I'm calling and giving you what you asked for and you are still giving me a problem and being rude. She's lucky I didn't get her name and I was too upset to even call back and curse someone out. read more
