Confirmation email saying to go to the check-in counter "inside the store"

Walgreens is a pretty lousy store generally, but this one takes the prize. Made an appointment online for a flu/COVID test. When I got there (45min drive away), I was told that they won't honor appointments made within 24hrs of booking despite the fact that the Walgreens website allowed me to book the appointment. In addition I was told that they don't do flu tests even though that is what my appointment was for. Just as a side note, I was also told I should have gone to the drive they and was accused of putting other patients at risk. I also thought it was strange that the confirmation email they sent literally told me to go inside to the pharmacy counter... can't fix incompetence I guess. Unfortunately I need to give them a star to post the review. On the bright side, looks like my one star review won't be lonely on here. People hate this store even more than Walgreens south and I can see why

The pharmacy never has it together when I try to fill a prescription... It has been a 3 ring circus every time!

Peak Rejuvenation - Me on the left at 43. This is the chest and skin Dr. Iorio said he would have a hard time working with.

My lumpy finger had two previous surgeries around 7 and 8 years ago. That plastic surgeon commented…read morethe second time, "It could come back again. If it does, you can just wait until it interferes with movement or it bothers you." Showing my lumpy finger to other doctors over those years, no one showed concerned. One surgeon a year ago, said he could remove it, but couldn't guarantee saving the nerve. Eventually I was referred to Dr. Jeffrey William who looked at my finger February 28th and said matter of fact, "I know what that is, an aggressive tumor of the tendon sheath." Surgery was scheduled in two weeks. When I woke up my hand was wrapped with HUGE hard bandaging. The tumor was aggressive and had taken out the skin, the nerve, two tendons, a ligament, and some of the bone. It was all Dr. Williams could do to save the distal phalanx (end bone section)! My finger was sewn to the palm of my hand with a flap to graft skin onto the affected area. Because the area is so small it needs blood flow from the donor site. I thought I was going in for basically cosmetic surgery and it ended up the ugly growth had been ruining my finger! What if I had gone to the other surgeon? How would I sew? Play the piano? Keyboard? What if I had waited until it totally "interfered with movement?" I am still working on finger flexion and extension, but I can sew, type, play the piano, garden. . . Thank you Dr. Jeffrey Williams! I know it takes years of training at pitiful wages and great debt to develop medical skills. I am so blessed to have found the right doctor with a helpful, competent staff.

This review is solely for the Plastic Surgery side of Peak Rejuvenation. After reading through the…read morereviews, I had high hopes, even with the new provider, Dr. Iorio. I assumed that a surgeon would want to leave his practice in good hands if he planned to leave as it sounds like Dr. Williams is. I had my pre-op appointment with Dr. Iorio a few weeks ago. At that appointment, I sat down with Brayden and discussed billing and she said that since Dr. Iorio is new, they were trying to fill up his schedule. Last week, when my schedule suddenly became available, I called the office on the off chance that they might have an appointment available soon. They said they had availability Monday, June 15 and asked me to come in that same day to finalize things. I went in, spoke with Dr. Iorio and paid them 10K. I was supposed to be able to 'try on' boobs, but they didn't have anything below 350cc (and this is when things began to take a turn). During the entire appointment, the staff and Dr. Iorio himself talked incessantly about how 'big' most women like to go and how hard my skin would be to work with. It felt inappropriate as we should have been discussing what I wanted and what my outcome would be. I left still unsure about what my breasts would look like after surgery, so I went home, did some research and found out that what I was requesting isn't that uncommon. Apparently it's called 'yoga boobs' or 'ballerina boobs'. I have always been tall and thin and have never been more than a B cup, even when breastfeeding twins. They did deflate after that though, so I just want to feel feminine and filled in again (B cup max). I explained to Dr. Iorio, who is new to Durango, that women in Durango are incredible. We are active athletes and most women in this town aren't going to want ridiculously large breasts, so it's important for women like me to have an idea of what their breasts are going to look and feel like after surgery. I emailed pictures of what I would like to look like and sat with the doctor again for an hour and a half and he still couldn't show me anything remotely resembling what my breasts might look like post surgery. It was 2:30 on Friday when I was told that they couldn't do my surgery on Monday and would need to postpone for 2 weeks because my implants hadn't arrived (they couldn't even track them, which was incredibly bizarre). I had already bought my mother and stepmother plane tickets to come and help with my children... They had to move things around in their schedules. This isn't a dentist appointment that you can just reschedule. This is surgery. I had already stopped some medications that could cause complications with anesthesia. This was by far the most unprofessional and out of this world experience. My partner was CEO of the largest private employer in this town for over a decade. If he ever ran that company like this, it wouldn't have grown. They need to reimburse my credit card ASAP including the 1.5% fee they charged as this has been the biggest inconvenience and none of it should be on my dime. I'm looking forward to getting my breast augmentation done by a professional. I have found doctors in Denver who do 3-D imaging so you can go into your surgery with confidence, having an idea of what your breasts will look like. I hope when I meet with them, I'll be met with positivity about my outcome and my body as it has done incredible things. I grew two 8 pound humans at the exact same time. I'm proud of this body and will not allow another person to criticize my skin, elasticity, collagen, etc... As Dr. Iorio did. Please ladies, know your worth and have high expectations of everyone around you. These people demanded my trust without ever giving me any reason to trust them. Red flags beyond red flags. I'm posting a photo of myself because I'm only 43 and believe I was giving him a beautiful canvas to work with. Disgusting practice and human.
