My wife drove her car over to Discount Tire and were asked almost immediately how they could be helped. They took down her information and were told that they would get her in as soin as possible. After a shirt wait, Tyler called her up to let her know that she had 2 nails in her tire, but put her at ease,and told her that he can get the tire repaired. She told me that it was such a good experience and that they had her done in less than a half hour, without an appointment. I saw their car wash was open and paid and when the door slid open, the nightmare began. One of their water lines for the wash had blown and was spraying inside the wash shed created huge, thick icicles across the machine. To get into the wash shed is a tight squeeze but if I went through, I would have damaged by vehicle so I called inside the store. The clerk was exceptionally and incredibly rude. When I told her I thought one of their water lines had blown and was spraying everywhere causing huge icicles to form, her response was "yeah, well i don't know who would want to wash their car when it's below 32* out!" Not sure what that had to do with the blown line but besides that fact, I'm not from Colorado. I'm from up north where if we didn't wash our vehicles because it was 32* we wouldn't wash our cars to get road salt and other gunk off our cars for months so not only was I unaware of the temp (as I hadn't gotten out of my vehicle for a while) but I also wasn't aware that wasn't a thing down here. She left me feeling very stupid, which is not how someone in customer service should be making a patron feel. It also made me wonder then why the wash was even open. When I asked her if I would be able to back out so I didn't damage my truck going through the ice dam, her response was "so long as you don't damage anything." At that point our conversation was over. I didn't even go in to request a refund or refresh on drinks and snacks like I'd planned, I just left. What a horrible impression and attitude.

Go somewhere else…read more I have nothing against the homeless, but when I arrived at this location 12/11/21 there was a group of homeless people completely blocking the pumps so no cars could get in. No big deal, I didn't need gas so I parked somewhere else along the side and went in. A woman that was a part of the group outside blocking off the gas pumps walked in before me, and while we were both inside in front of the check out counter she turned around and began asking me about the clothes I was wearing underneath my coat which was weird. The guy at the counter didn't say or do anything. Thought we were about to get robbed.
