I texted them saying can I pick up, they just sent me an FAQ document, then this idiot calls me on a closed day - asks me do you happen to have the container in your hand - I said no- what do you need- he says can you go it there is something important I need from the label - I go upstairs to look at it and he sarcastically says look at the yellow label - its says 2 -week refill - well looks like they dont tell this to the doctor who is calling in that the patient wont receive a prescription for 2 weeks after the doctor calls it in - so you take the business and you treat the customer like shit! Which pharmacist does this kind of stuff!! Located on the…read moresquare in downtown Cumming, this place has a hometown feel of the small drug stores from the 70's that are hard to find these days. If you have monthly refills you might be able to save quite a bit of money at Goodson. The pharmacist will take the time to discuss the medication and give you an information sheet. If you don't feel like walking inside, give them a call when you pull in the parking lot and they will bring your meds out to the car. We transferred all of our prescriptions over from a large chain grocery store and now we save money and time. I also like it that they carry old fashioned candy by the piece!

They were out of Bananas, Avocados, and Green Peppers. They were out of Kroger Chicken Breast They were out of the breakfast items I normally buy. Gave them the barcode (that I had just gotten off the Ulta website) for my order. They then said they had put it back. Found it strange since it gave me the pickup barcode literally while in the store. Afterwards, noticed that it showed as "cancelled". But, that did not happen until after going into the store to get it. So, they must not have updated the system that they had put it back until AFTER went in for pickup. Had it said cancelled, I wouldn't have bothered. Also, had 3 family members go into this same Ulta months ago. They had their hands loaded with items (and not cheap ones). They were looking at a display right by the counter. Suddenly, one of the three people standing behind the counter doing nothing (which was the same as when I went in) says "We are closed". They never went on the intercom to saying closing in 15,10, nor 5 minutes. The family members apologized and put there stuff on the counter to checkout. The person said "you are going to have to come back tomorrow". It was unbelievable. And, one of the family members even works at an Ulta in a different state. She said she'd never imagined such brazen rudeness. Ulta lost out on a big sell. Because two of the family members were leaving to go back to their homes in other states. Unless they get better workers, or get the others to pretend they are not rude jerks, this Ulta will not survive. I will take my business to the one in Cumming. It's a farther drive but at least they have helpful workers who actually work!

I visited this location off McGinnis Ferry yesterday with my daughter. Nevertheless, she did see us but did not speak until the detector alarm at the door went off. Mind you we were already several paces through the door and detector when it went off which made me think that someone set off the detector after they realized two black ladies had entered the store. The greeter then proceeds to greet us in a very loud and obnoxious tone asking us if we were here to buy something. I said yes, that's why we're here. Then she asked if there was something in particular I was looking for and again, I said yes, I'm looking for Estée Lauder. She pointed to where the section was on the wall and I proceeded to the area, found what I came to purchase and went to the register. The girl at the register was not at all friendly. We paid and left but that detector did not go off as we left because I believe they are using it to alert staff when black people enter the store. Ulta do better! To customers, go to Sephora or if you must shop at Ulta try to order it or do curbside if they offer it. It's not a good feeling to feel profiled when you go somewhere to spend your money. Just know I won't be back to Ulta at any location!
